(travis's pov)

Not to brag or anything but i think ive got quite a likeable wardrobe, however i can't think of anything to wear, a suit is far too over the top for a house, but i don't want to show up in a tracksuit.

I figured it out eventually, a flannel and some dark jeans. An outfit has never been my weakest point, but I'm so nervous today it seems like my biggest. I've never been so concerned of what a woman will think of me. But that probably because, I've never been to taylor swifts house before.

(taylors POV)

Im sat on my sofa waiting for the arrival of the very talented Mr kelce, I've only ever seen him play in about 6 games before, but they've won each time. I texted him earlier to come over at 8, however it's now 8:15 and there's no sigh what so ever. I'm starting to think he's just forgotten.

By the time it's 8:25 I stand up and put the two glasses I got out back in the cupboard, as i shut the door, there's a knock coming from the living room. I walk through my kitchen and look through the peep hole. It's Travis, stood with a worried look on his face, waiting for me to open the door.

20 minutes earlier

Theres traffic and I'm already 5 minutes late, she told me to meet her at 8, so I set off at 7:30 to make sure I'd definitely be there on time, I'm staying at a hotel, around 15 minutes away.

I realise half way through my drive I've forgotten to get her some flowers, so I stop at a gas station right beside me, I thought I'd be quite quick, get the flowers and go. But as usual there was some dickhead trying to argue with a 17 year old cashier who's mom definitely still does his packed lunches.

By now, it 8:17 and I'm feeling awful, I speed off, barley below the speed limit, and arrive at Taylors, she told me to take the back way, as it's away from the press. This was another 2 minute walk as I got a little confused now and then.

Eventually I arrived at her door and waited for her. 20 seconds later I see her looking at me smiling

“Took you long enough” She laughed letting me in

“Sorry darling, traffic” I say back taking off my shoes, as to not ruin her, in my estimation, around 1000$ carpet.

She perks up at the use of the nickname, and point to the flowers

“Oh yeah, sorry if they're not great.”

“Theyre perfect, thankyou” Her cheeks have gone slightly more pink then they were a moment ago.

“So...” she says filling a vase she pulled out of storage

“So..” I say back smiling at her
