Blue was in his new room, he was told it was Error's old room but Error never joined Nightmare. So he knew that was a lie. Probably a room built for Error if he ever did join.
Which he never did. Blue tried his best to stay out of Ink's sight, so he pulled his AU out of the parade yesterday. But today he got a letter from Ink.
He didn't want to read it so Dust summarized it to him, basically Ink wanted to talk to Blue and apologize. Blue didn't believe it for a second so he decided to have different plans for Ink...
