The sun glosses over their skin slowly as it peeks through. Morning light instantly wakes Beyonce up before her usual morning alarm. She likes to keep a routine in place so that everything else she has to do runs as smoothly as can be. Beyonce isn't here though.
The Politician is in Florida for a meeting. Both Nicki and Robyn understand their girlfriend's work, but they also can't deny how much they miss their blondie. Especially now on Onika's birthday.
Robyn stirs awake and the moment she catches a glimpse of Onika's caramel skin being hit by the morning sun, she smirks, remembering what is planned for today and most of all, what happened today. She doesn't want Onika to wake up yet, though. She turns to the other side of the bed where the nightstand is. She gently moves Beyonce's sunglasses and vitamin container as she grabs her phone.
Onika is assuming that Beyonce will miss her birthday and will come home next week. little does she know, according to the text Robyn just received, that Beyonce is actively on a plane back to New York.
Robyn smiles and texts Beyonce back quickly.

Finally, Robyn begins to get ready to make some breakfast for both of them and extra for Beyonce. It's 7 in the morning so by the time Bey arrives, she'll definitely be starving. Beyonce couldn't stand to eat bland food and from the moment she was on the plane to leave for Florida, she kept complaining and complaining about the flavorless hotel food she was having to eat and the limited options for real seasoned food nearby.
The moment Robyn stands up Onika feels the bed dip and she opens her eyes, groaning as she stretches.
"Good morning birthday girl." Robyn immediately hovers over the bed and moves the strand of hair that peeked out of Onika's silk bonnet. "Did I wake you?"
