Hello lovelies! Our sincerest apologies since we've been a tad sporadic with our posts! Hope you've missed us during our time away from you!
But now, we're finally back as we discuss an important announcement made by our very own Queen Bee-Mubashira Jaffar Shahwani (Yes, we've been told that this is the name she's chosen to adopt officially!) on her Insta handle!
It appears that our 'It Girl'- MJ (Phew! We can still call her that!) is not only making strides personally, but professionally as well. It's been barely a few weeks since she's taken over from Papa Jaffar at the company and we already have her first success story- the attainment of the coveted Aadil Rahman contact by AJ group which we learnt was spearheaded by her. And we believe that she was ably supported by our little prince- Zaid Asif, in this endeavour.

She made the news public just a couple of hours ago with a rather dapper picture of the two of them! Well, all we can say is- our little prince seems far calmer now than he did at his Daddy's wedding party. Maybe, all is well? After all, it's not necessary for all step-mothers to be evil and conniving like their fairytale counterparts!

Mubashira clacked her freshly manicured, immaculate fingernails on the glass table top as she stared into her laptop screen absentmindedly- not completely conscious of her surroundings. It had been thirty minutes or so since the weekly update meeting with the top level management at the company had begun, with Zaid leading it in terms of presenting the initial architectural plan for the first hotel establishment that Rahman Group wanted built.
Ever since Zaid's impressive presentation coupled with Mubashira's excellent blackmailing scheme had secured AJ group the much sought after contract, she and him had begun work on it immediately, with Asif Shahwani's blessing- almost as if it were a reward for coming through on their word. In addition to this, the stipulated percentage from Aadil Rahman's advance payment had been added to her personal account as promised, making her feel a slight ounce of relief at having emerged triumphant in her first attempt to collect funds to cover her debt.
Over the next couple of weeks, Zaid and Mubashira had met several times, sometimes formally at the office and at other times, informally at the house- in order to work on the project together. They'd made steady progress as Zaid showed Mubashira the ropes fairly effectively, educating her on nearly all germane company matters she'd need to know to support him diligently on the project. As they conducted numerous discussions with their architects and supply chain heads, the detailed blueprint for the project began to materialise bit by bit- each part a result of immense hard work from the duo.
