Jihoon slammed the door open only to find the rooftop empty. His smile dropped from his face. He didn't know why but his emotions were already so overwhelmed that he felt like crying.
Tears already started to form but he stiffened when he heard some shuffling sound behind him. He quickly rubbed off his tears before he looked back with a smile on his face. But his smile turned into a scowl when he saw the person he hated the most for no reason in particular.
Jihoon started to stomp away but stopped when he heard something coming from the other boy. "Hey, my beloved," Soonyoung said with a warm smile even though his heart was beating faster because of excitement and mostly because of nervousness.
Jihoon looked back at him with wide eyes. He couldn't believe what he was witnessing at that moment. "You_ you're the one," Jihoon choked out as his tears flowed down on his cheeks. "I like you, Jihoonie. Heck that, I love you so much that I can't describe," Soonyoung said as he walked near the shorter boy.
Jihoon held up his hand to stop Soonyoung who halted on his track. "Don't. Don't," he whispered but the other still heard it. Jihoon didn't know what to say or do. He ran out of the rooftop as tears still flowed down on his pale cheeks.
But little did he know someone's heart shattered into small pieces in that moment.
