Soonyoung was really happy as his crush was writing for him. But his nervousness was growing more and more as the other boy wanted to know who he was.
He had literally ignored the question by showing his excitement for getting a note from his beloved. But he knew he wouldn't be able to postpone it for any long. Wonwoo and Jun both encouraged him a lot to meet the said person and talk his mind and heart out.
"If only they knew whom I'm going to confess," he said as he rolled on his mattress, looking at the ceiling which was printed with the beautiful milky way print which gave him the stunning view of the stars.
"I guess I'm going to do it tomorrow," he sighed not knowing what his future held for him. He closed his eyes slowly, trying to get some sleep before his big day but that seemed to be not happening as he just rolled on the mattress the whole night.
Soonyoung was waiting for the said boy whom he had told to meet at the rooftop. From the outside he might look so calm but he knew he was freaking out inside. His could swore his heart stopped when he saw his beloved, Jihoon running in the rooftop.
He jumped down from the railings making the other look at his direction. But his own smile faltered when the other's smile turned into a scowl. Even before he could say anything the other started to stomp out.
"Hey, my beloved," he said with a warm smile he could master at that moment. The other looked at him with wide eyes. He knew he couldn't back down right now. "You_you're the one" the other boy said as tears rolled down on his pale cheeks. 'It is now or never,' he thought as he looked at the younger in the eyes.
"I like you, Jihoonie. Heck that, I love you so much that I can't describe in words. I_" his words died down in his throat as he saw the other boy pulling out his hand to motion him to stop. He felt his heart drop to his stomach at that.
"Don't...don't," he heard the other boy whisper. Even before he could say something or react the other had ran away. Soonyoung felt his world crash down in that moment just like how he dropped down on his knees while crying his heart out.
Soonyoung ran out of school without meeting with his buddies whom he had promised to meet after meeting his beloved. But he knew he couldn't as his face would give out everything and he would never want to make his friends worry over him.
