Leon and Belle followed Shenmei and was heading to a building. It must her home.
"Master Yu En is waiting for you, Miss."
Shen May walked in with the man.
Leon and Belle walked out from their hiding spot and carefully walked in.
As they walked in, they came face to face with the same guy they saw.
Leon immediately grabbed him and pulled out his gun, pointing on his head.
Leon then leaded them to the room where Shenmei was at.
"That was sexy." Belle mumbled.
Leon barged into the door and give Shenmei and stern look. Belle walked in after, holding out her gun.
"Start talking." Leon said as he let the man go.
"Hao Ran!"
"Think again, pal." Belle warned.
Leon then turned his aim at Shemei.
"Whenever you're ready."
"The man lying here is Jun See. He's my little brother." She said.
Belle lowered her gun down, slowly. But Leon didn't.
"The US government turned him into this." Shen May added.
Belle looked over and saw a glimpse of him. Seeing him, in a zombie form. He's all plugged in a machine, for support.
"What are you and Jason up to?" Leon asked.
"Like he told you before...we're trying to expose a conspiracy. I came here to get the proof to out Defense Secretary Wilson as the one behind it." She replied.

After hearing what happened Shenmei continued to explain even more.
"Jun See was with a special squad on a top-secret mission. Wilson, a major general at the time, was the commanding officer. But he was also working with a pharmaceutical company, to make bio-organic weapons for military use."
"And Panamanian was just a test-run for his bioweapons." Leon said. "Son of a bitch."
"Did HQ know?" Belle asked.
"Jason decided not to tell HQ about Jun See. He contacted our grandfather instead. Since grandfather is the head of a conglomerate here in Shanghai, he used his connections to smuggle Jun See out. The Mad Dogs unit returned to base." Shenmei replied.
"And Wilson gave them a hero's welcome, medals and all." Leon said.
"As long as they took the inhibitor, they'd stay alive and they wouldn't turn. And Wilson supplied the inhibitor. He held that over their heads, and used the Mad Dogs Unit for personal, covert operations. They were Wilson's pets." She added.
"And thanks to them, he got promoted to Defense Secretary." Leon said.
"No wonder he got the promotion that fast." Belle uttered.
"Exactly. Even though he's a senior US official now, he continues developing bioweapons, with some pharmaceutical company on the side. We still haven't figured it out who they are yet. But Wilson wants to be rich and powerful, and the inhibitor is his key to that kingdom."
"Then Wilson forced Jason to start the outbreak at the White House and sabotage the sub." Leon said
"Just to get the President pissed off enough at China to start a war? That's not right." Belle said.
"When I smuggled Jun See out of Penamstan, the virus had transformed him so much, I could not recognize him." Yu En said.
Leon walked over to the bed, standing next to Belle.
"I have spent my life savings to find a way to rid him of the thing that is eating away at him."
Belle looked at Jun See, seeing him as a zombie on life support.
"I failed you."
Yu En then looked at Belle, who she looked so familiar to him.
"You...you're the descendant of High Goddness Bai Qian." He said.
Belle looked at him, confused. Yu En gently grabbed her hands, with joy.
"Oh my goodness. Your highness, please save Jun See." He said.
"Grandfather, what are you talking about?" Shenmei asked.
"High Goddess Bai Qian has send us hope." He replied.
"Um...I think you have the wrong person. I'm not that person." Belle said.
"Belle, maybe give it a try?" Leon suggested.
Belle sighed and nodded. "Might as well."
She went over to the bed and hovered her hand over Jun See's body. The green healing power examined the body.
"It's no use. Sorry." She said.
"But High Goddess-"
"I'm sorry. I'm not High Goddess Bai Qian, I've tried. I just discovered this power recently." Belle said.
Yu En was disappointed.
"I'm sorry."
Shenmei had hope but seeing Belle, trying to heal the virus, she knew it couldn't help.
"Who is this High Goddess Bai Qian anyway?" Leon asked.
"A legend. She's the Goddess of Healing, and she pass her powers from generation to generations. Belle is the descendant of High Goddess, I assume your mother was the previous goddess." Shen May replied.
Belle was so confused. But then another flashback came again.
She's the descendant of High Goddess Bai Qian. Her powers was passed down to her.
Her blood...is very important in the future. The reason why she only healed you just half way is because she's not strong enough yet.
"I...I don't know myself." She mumbled.
Shenmei sighed and changed the subject.
"I went looking for evidence against Wilson, because I wanted revenge. Jason wanted out from under Wilson's control, so I decided to work with him. And after 6 years of digging...."
A bookshelf suddenly opened, revealing a secret vault.
"....we realized the proof we needed to bring Wilson down...was right under our noses. All of the prototype bioweapons soldiers had chips embedded in their bodies. Those chips were designed to record their vitals as well as all their combat data." She continued.
"A chip, huh?" Leon uttered.
"So...everything about Jun See is recorded on that?" Belle stated.
Shenmei nodded. "That's right. Including who created him and who sent him into battle."
She then picked up the small chip, turning to Leon and Belle.
"He thinks all the evidence was burned to ash." She added.
"Including your brother." Leon said.
"Jason believed that if we went public with this, we could expose Wilson and put an end to the development of bioweapons. And him." Shenmei said.
Leon and Belle hesitated. Showing the chip to the public, you think it's a good idea to show this to the innocent people?
A sudden loud crash was heard. The building was about to collapse.
"Hao Ran!"
Everything's fallen apart fast, Belle grabbed Shen May and covered her while Leon also covered both girls.
"We gotta go, now!" Leon shouted.
"Grandfather! Jun See!"
Belle took Shenmei out of there as she was calling her brother and Grandfather. There was nothing they can do but to get out of there.
