"So...that's what happened." Belle said.
"Yeah."

Belle got up from Leon's desk, since he's standing near a window, she wrapped her arms around his back and leaned in.

"Thank you, for telling me." She said.

Leon turned around slowly and hugged her back.

"Those days...I missed you so much. When you disappeared, I didn't know what to do." Leon said.

Belle looked up as Leon met her brown eyes.
"You've found me. That's all that matters."

Leon kissed her on the temples gently.
"It feels like I'm in a dream, you know."

Belle giggled. "You're not dreaming."

They both pulled back and Belle rested her hand on Leon's cheek.
"I'm just glad to be safe with you again. And now we have our beautiful daughter with us. We're a family now and I'm not going anywhere again."

Leon smiles and held her hand that was placed on his cheek.

"I love you...and always will. You're worth waiting for."

"Belle, I got a call for another mission." Leon said.

"What kind of mission is it this time?" She asked.
"It's in DC. They didn't tell me as much. All I know is that I had to lead the unit." He replied

"DC? That's far from here." Belle said.
"Yes I know. But I promise I'll keep in touch." He said.

Leon stared at his phone. He even saw the text message from his wife. He didn't dare to open the message but can still read it.

Hey Honey, I hope you're okay. Text me if you can...I love you.

Leon gripped on his phone, feeling the guilt on himself. He couldn't face his wife again and decided to shut down his phone from then on, just because of his mission had failed. The only way he could do is...drink his sorrows away.

I'm so sorry.
