You woke up to freezing water hitting your skin "Holy fuck that's cold!!!" You turned off the water shivering grabbing a towel, "this is the third fucking time I've fallen asleep in the shower!" Grabbing your clothes you got dressed and plugged in a heating pad and put in on your stomach "oh god yes" you smiled nuzzling into the heating pad. Getting up sadly you grabbed the remote controller, your phone, and 3 bags of popcorn and cherry sours. You where watching a Ted laughing at how funny he was, you heard a knock on the door. Getting up to answer the door you tripped on the wire connecting your heating pad and the plug in falling on the ground "FUCK" you fell to the ground. "Coming!" Rubbing your head you opened the door, Y/F/N was standing there "Y/N Jesus its almost time to open and non of the sweets are baked because of you!!" You gasped and grabbed your purse and phone sprinting to her car she drove as fast as the law would allow, you both arrived at the bakery and ran unlocking the door, running into the kitchen you started baking all of the sweets you needed. You sat down loving the sweet time it took to bake all the sweets...until the bell rang signaling some hungry costumer wanting sweets that wernt ready yet. You half way ran to the counter and the person standing there was the odd man named Ryuzaki from last night "Hello Mrs. Y/L/N" you tilted your head not remembering giving him your name "Hello Ryuzaki" looked up slightly "you remembered my name... " you nodded "well yes I expected you to come back" he tilted his head "oh I do remember saying if I liked them I would be back" you smiled "I hope the new girl is as good of a chef as people think I am.." He looked at you questionly, "your not gonna work here anymore?" I nodded "I can't work here anymore I need to follow my dream" he raised his non existing eyebrow "what's your dream?" You smiled "to stop kira" he gave a small sign of shock but it faded away. "Why do you want to stop him?" You cracked your knuckles "I think killing people is wrong and...I think I know how he has been doing it" you put his thumb on his lip "how?" You smiled 'someone actually wants to listen to me?!' You thought "he must have some sort of power maybe given to him recently, because of his way of killing with heart attacks and how he isn't near them when it happens!' You got excited telling someone your theory. He looked at you and smiled "I know a job that you would like" you smiled "really what?" He was about to speak until the timer rang "oh sorry one moment" you ran back to the kitchen and took out the sweets frosting them and adding a few final touches, you ran back "continue" he began to speak again "well you could work with us" you tilted your head "I'm actually with the police but I cannot tell you anything else until I know for sure I can trust you" you nodded "if you want to join us and if you think you can handle it meet me at the park at 8:00 pm tonight under the large cherry blossom tree, oh and bring some cake" you smiled widely "thank you so much Ryuzaki!" You giggled and then realized that he was here probably for sweets "oh I bet you want some food" he nodded "same as yesterday" you walked to the kitchen putting 10 strawberry shortcakes in boxes put the boxes into a bag, handing it to him he gave to the money and also a bit of a tip. "Thank you" he walked out of the bakery, you realized that he wasn't wearing shoes "..how odd" you smiled this being your last day on the job. Grabbing your coat and running outside to your car after telling your friend you needed to do some shopping for the bakery, she nodded closing the shop only an hour early. You entered your house closing and locking the door flopping onto your bed closing your eyes slowly drifting off to sleep
