Chapter 5

Bria's pov:

it's currently 6:45 and Missy and Sofie were at mine as we were about to leave for the game,

"what times kick off again?" Missy asked,
"7:45" Sofie replied,
"we better leave" i said as they nodded and headed for the door,

"so Sofie, you and Trent ay" Missy said as i drove to Anfield,
"what about us" she replied,
i looked in the rear view mirror to see she was going red,
"you 100% like him" i said making her go even more red,
"how did this even happen? i need the gossip" Missy replied making us laugh,

"uh we just got talking in the canteen" Sofie said as we nodded,
"whatcha talk about" Missy asked,
"just like my move here you know" she replied,
"sorry we're just so intrigued because our Trent don't ever mix work and personal life" i said,
"how'd you mean?" Sofie asked,
"like a year ago there was a girl on our team who had the fattest crush on Trent but he was quick to tell her he doesn't mix with the girl team unless its to be friends" Missy replied as Sofie nodded,
"you must be special" i said making her smile and look down,

once we arrived we went straight to where the staff and subs sit,

"hello girls what a nice surprise" Jurgen said as he came over,
"here to make sure Curtis wears the correct jersey" i replied making him laugh,
"and you dragged these two girls with you i presume?" he asked,
"missy yeah, Sofie not to much" i replied with a smirk making Missy giggle,
"well enjoy the game" he said before taking his seat,
"i'll be back" i said to them before going to the changing room,

when i walked in they were all just sat in there talking,

"hey Bri" Harvey said,
"hey Harv" i replied as i looked for Curtis,
"who you looking for?" he asked,
"Curtis" i replied,
"he's popped out to the toilet" he said as i nodded,

i sat next to Harvey as i waited for Curtis to come back,

"hey look at this" Harvey said before showing me a funny video,
we were creasing as Curtis walked in the door,

he looked at us before walking to his area,

"oi Cj" i said before getting up and walking over,
"what" he asked,
"hey why aren't you flirting with me? what's wrong?" i asked him making a small smile creep onto his face,
"nothing. i know your in here to see if i'm wearing your shirt so here you go" he replied before getting up so he was stood in front of me,
he stood pretty close causing me to have butterfly's before he span round and took his jacket off slightly showing my name and number,

"fresh. i like it" i said as he put his jacket back on shaking his head,
"you can go sit back down now" he replied before sitting back down himself,
"alright moody Margaret" i said before walking back out to my seat,

Curtis pov:

when i walked in and saw Harvey and Bria laughing together that same jealously and announce ran through me,

i walked straight past them and sat in my area,
when i saw her looking at me i knew she would come over.

Bria's pov:
"he's wearing it" i said to them making them laugh,
"i'm so glad he lost that bet" Missy replied,
"oh me too" i said laughing,

as the boys walked out i noticed Curtis refused to look at me which was weird considering he makes it his life mission to flirt and annoy me,

"what's wrong with Curtis?" Missy asked as i shrugged,
"i'm not really sure" i replied,

in the second half Curtis squared up to Garnacho making us look at each other confused,

90 minutes later the game ended 3-1 to Liverpool, Curtis scoring 2 of those goals,

"Bria" Jurgen said as we were about to head inside,
"what's up?" i asked,
"they want to do an interview with you and Curtis" he said as i nodded and went over to Curtis and the interviewer,

"ah here she is Bria Hinds" the interviewer said,
"so we noticed Curtis you were wearing Bria's jersey today" they said making us both giggle,
"yeah long story short i lost a bet" he replied making the interviewer laugh,
"one that he wanted to do may i add" i said making them laugh,
"so what was the bet?" they asked,
"who could get the highest rating in the last home game" he replied as they nodded,
"i let her win" he said as i shook my head,
"he tells himself that to make himself feel better" i replied making them laugh,
"So Curtis you got 2 goals today how are you feeling about that?" they asked,
"the luck of the shirt i think" he replied making us laugh,
"but yeah i'm really happy about the win and scoring 2 goals is enough to make anyone smile" he added,

"it's honestly great to see the men's team and the women's team get on so well, it's almost like you are all one big team" they said
"yeah i mean we're all one Liverpool at the end of the day" i replied,
"and we're sharing a training space at the moment so we see each other everyday now" Curtis added,
"i feel like no other men and women teams have a bond quite like the Liverpool ones" the interviewer said as we smiled and nodded,
"so Curtis is obviously quite new so how did you guys grow a friendship so quickly" they asked,
"oh we've known each other for a long time" Curtis replied,
"yeah we go way back to college" i said,
"oh that's quite interesting, well thank you  Curtis and Bria it was great talking to you" they replied,
"you too" we said before saying goodbye and leaving,

as soon as we were far away Curtis mood immediately dropped,

"hey what's up your ass today?" i asked,
"why would you care?" he asked,
"i'm not a total bitch you know" i replied,
"Curtis i know we don't get on that greatly but somethings clearly bothering you. What is it?" i asked as he stopped and looked at me before looking behind me,
"Missy is waiting for you" he replied,
"no she can wait- also what happened with you and Garnacho?" i asked,
"nothing he was just chatting shit. I'll catch you later" he replied before walking off,

"i don't know what's crawled up his ass" i said as i walked over to Missy,
"i don't know- but look at Sofie and Trent" she replied before pointing over at Sofie and Trent who were laughing and messing about,
"cutie patooties" Missy said making me laugh,

as we were on our way out we were stopped by Sofie,
"hey guys please come with me to Trent's for this gathering they're having" she said,
"what now?" i asked as she nodded,
"yeah he just invited me and said you guys could come too" she replied as we looked at each other and shrugged,
"yeah why not let's go" Missy said as Sofie grinned with excitement,
"we need to pop home and get changed first though" i replied as they nodded,

we said our goodbyes to Jurgen and the staff before leaving for my house first, then Missy's, then Sofies and then we went to Trent's.
