AU Name: Asylum! Wally (CREATION DATE: 05-17-23)
AU DESCRIPTION: Wally, after having a mysterious accident inside Home, has been driven completely insane. His friends, concerned about his well-being, take him to the hospital for help, which a nurse suggests sending him to a mental institution, hoping to get him help. You are his therapist, assigned to help him recover.

AU INFORMATION/STORY: Wally, tired of all Home's restrictions and rules, decides to confront it one day, wanting to put an end to all and free his friends from the script. Home, however, didn't like this, and decided that Wally needed to be reminded of his place. For a week, Wally his pulled by his limbs, slowly pulling him apart, popping seam by seam.

(EPISODE/COMIC SCRIPTS) (THESE WERE WRITTEN OUT AND PLANNED, BUT ONLY ONE EPISODE WAS EVER DRAWN OUT. IT'S BEEN AWHILE SINCE I'VE WORKED ON IT AND I'M PLANNING ON REDRAWING IT AND POSTING IT.)

Episode 1 and 2:
Wally has been missing for a week, and his neighbors are starting to get worried. They try and enter Home, but to no avail, as it seems Home is locking them out. The others are about to give up, but not Barnaby. Determined to see Wally, he manages, with Howdy's help, to break the door down. And what they see stops them cold.

Wally is lying on the floor, with a puddle of blood around him. As soon as Barnaby approaches, Wally sits up, moving away, staring up at his friends. He has a manic look on his face, and all his limbs seem...wrong, like someone has tried to forcibly pull Wally apart.

He begins to laugh manically, trying to move towards them, but he is in no shape to move. He also appears to be crying.

Home is quiet, not stopping Barnaby as he carries Wally out, Wally still freaking out and laughing, screaming, and crying as he's taken to a hospital.

Barnaby: *looking at Home a bit worried, to which Home stares back*
Julie: Whatcha looking at Barnaby? *Follows gaze* Still worried about Wally?
Barnaby: *Nods* It's not like him to be inside this long. He hasn't come out to paint, not even once.
Julie: *looking concerned.* You're right...Sure, sometimes he likes to be by himself, but this isn't like him at all.
Barnaby: That's it. I'm going to check on him.
*Barnaby and Julie approach Home, Julie seeming a bit nervous but Barnaby determined*
Barnaby: *knocks* Wally? Little buddy? You okay? We haven't heard from you in a week...
*Silence*
Barnaby: Wally?
*Silence*
Barnaby: *tries to open the door and finds it locked.* Home, unlock the door.
*Home does not respond, nor does it open the door*
Barnaby: I said, unlock the door Home
*Home still ignores Barnaby*
Julie: Maybe there's a reason Home is- Barnaby what are you-
Barnaby: *has taken a running start and begins slamming into the door* If Home won't unlock the door, I will!
*After several tries, Barnaby knocks down the door, and Home is silent.*
Barnaby: Wally? Wally are you- *looks horrified*

Episode 2 Script

*The scene is Wally lying on the floor, blood surrounding him, limbs at wrong angles, seemingly unmoving*
Barnaby: Oh my god! Wally! *Rushes over and takes Wally in his arms, though being careful*
*Wally is still breathing, but it appears as if someone tried to rip his limbs from his body, even tearing around his neck*
Barnaby: Wally? Can you hear me buddy?
Wally: *suddenly, his eyes shoot open, and he begins laughing manically, and attempts to reach for Barnaby*
Barnaby: *drops Wally in panic, backing up a little* W-Wally?
Wally: Barnaby! Hello Barnaby! Isn't it such a beautiful day? Come on! Let's play a game! *He laughs again, trying to crawl towards Barnaby*
Barnaby: *backing away, fear in his eyes* Wally what happened to you?!
Wally: *Doesn't answer, instead continues laughing as he crawls closer, until suddenly he slumps over*
Howdy: *Steps out of the shadows, holding what appears to be a frying pan*
Barnaby: H-Howdy?! How'd you-
Howdy: I came in after you. Julie said you went inside and...well I figured something was up
Barnaby: And the frying pan?
Howdy: *Shrugs* Just in case.
Barnaby: *Looks down at Wally, trembling* What do you think-
Howdy: No time to think, Barnaby. He's in bad shape. We gotta get him to a hospital, and fast.
Barnaby: *nods and looks down, carefully picking up Wally* Don't worry little buddy...We're going to get you patched up...
