Next Day

I got a surprise visit from Yoh inviting me to his place, which I accepted but I'm supposed to meet my friend later on so I can stay for a bit then I have to leave to meet him. Yoh pouted and said he wanted to spend a day with me, I laughed and patted his back saying I had enough room for him too. He can pick the day he wants to hang with me, he happily said tomorrow which I agreed to. I was excited, in a way it's like a date...but wait, am I technically dating two boys? This feels wrong, but why...does it feel right? Damn it, I feel like this is a double-trouble moment.

When I entered Yoh's place I smiled seeing Manta, Anna, and...Ryu? Yoh and the others explained to me what happened and why Ryu was there, and oh boy he was possessed by some bandit spirit Tokageroh which awakened his Shamanic ability so now he's like Yoh but a beginner.

Yoh and Ryu end up training by chopping wood, Yoh did amazing but poor Ryu did not do well and Anna kicked him out. Manta and Ryu left, not before Ryu apologized to me outside the front of Yoh's place holding my hands. I smiled nervously as he had hearts for eyes, truthfully I wanted someone to save me right now.

"Forgive me for harming you that day, Lady Sarah. I feel ashamed for harming such a beautiful soul, I'll cook all the food you want if it gets you to forgive me. And maybe, in the end, I'll win your heart--."

"No!!" I blink looking at Yoh who glares at Ryu. "Sarah is off limits, Ryu...goodbye."

My mouth drop a bit as Yoh is 'carrying' Yes I said 'Carrying'! me inside his house where Anna is, turn around staring with no expression seeing Yoh holding me in his arms like I was a bride. My face is crimson red.

"A-Anna, please don't be mad b-but it's not what you think! R-Ryu was flirting with me, and Y-Yoh came to my rescue. B-but now he won't put me down." I squeaked out. I'm enjoying being in his arms, but I don't want to ruin Yoh's and Anna's future together.

"Hmm...very well, make sure you take her home safely Yoh...and when you get back do one hundred wall sits."

"Gah! B-but Anna--"

"One hundred and twenty wall sits..." She glares at him.

He sweats bullets and quickly jogged outside with me in his arms. I was so confused, about what the hell just happened! After a bit Yoh started to walk, feeling shy of him still carrying me I decided to speak up.

"U-um, Yoh you can put me back on my feet now."

He stops blinking, realizing he's carrying me. His cheeks turn crimson red, and gently put me back on my feet. I placed my hands on his shoulder to keep standing and not fall when I lost my balance a bit he even grabbed my waists making me blush.

"Th-thanks, I'm fine now just lost my balance is all."

Smiling shyly, he smiled back with red cheeks making him look too adorable. He let go of my waist, and I let his shoulders go, smiling shyly. We started to walk back to my place...sadly I hated it, always going home made me sad.

"Sarah..."

I blinked and snapped out of my thoughts realizing Yoh stopped, I stopped and turned around to face Yoh. He is looking down with a frown, like he is thinking about whether he should say anything or not but he lifts his head and walks closer to me.

"Anna didn't want Manta and me to tell you this but...I can't keep this from you, you're special to m-- to us. So... We know that your aunt abuses you."
