I stirred awake to find out I didn't feel my boy's warmth surrounding me, I pushed myself up to an empty room. Rubbing my eye and yawning slightly, I slept without having nightmares it was only a happy dream.

"Finally awake I see..." Grumbled an annoyed Tamotsu.

I sweatdrop what crawled up his ass and died, geez...he's being more pissy than normal. I squinted at him as he was sulking in the corner of the room with a thunderstorm cloud above him, arms crossed, sitting on the floor crossed his legs, with small tick marks all over his head. And he just grew another one...what got him so pissy I wonder.

"Tamotsu--"

"Don't ask." He snaps and turns his head to send his famous glare that can suck your soul out, but it doesn't affect me that way. 

I sweatdrop "But--"

"No." He said with clenched teeth.

"Can I just--"

"Say another word, and I'll peck your damn brains out." He hissed out.

"....." I blink flabbergasted, whatever happened royally pissed him off.

It was silent, as I looked around awkwardly and a bit nervous until I remembered I didn't sense the other's mana here but at the west side beach.

"Tamotsu...why is everyone at the west side beach...?"

"...." He stayed silent, for a minute. "They all went to deal with those humans from setting foot onto this island, don't worry though they won't kill any humans," I reassured myself with a calm voice this time, with no hint of annoyance or anger.

"I see...I'm glad I didn't wake up until now, sorry to have been a burden to you Tamotsu."

"...You're never a burden, Lady Sarah. And it's not because of my duty as your guardian, but because...you are like a sister to me, oddly. Don't get used to me acting all sentimental, got it?" He glares at me while my frown turns up with a wide smile he scowls and looks away to hide the red cheeks.

"Aww~ I think of you as a brother too~." I cooed and crawled over to him hugging him from behind, smiling widely seeing those tick marks pulsing on his head.

"Damn it, woman!" He snaps at me.

I let him go laughing as I stood up, but when I did I got lightheaded.

"Wh-whoa..."

Tamotsu caught me before I even fell.

"Lady Sarah! You okay?"

I blinked away the black dots that were slowly covering my vision, but I got my vision back smiling sheepishly.

"I-I'm okay, I think I stood up a bit too fast hehe." I laughed nervously.

He huffs "Idiot, come on I'll go cook you some food while those idiots and Master Hao and Lord Yoh do their...mission before the final fight takes place."

I nodded as he led me to the living room, with one hand behind my back. He helped me sit down on a pillow sitting on my legs, finding a small TV which I shrugged got up, and walked over to turn it on, it was playing a show so I walked back to my spot, sitting down mostly on my left side leaning my arms as I watch the show. After an hour Tamotsu finally walked over with two plates and placed both in front of me, it was Curry Bread, riceballs, some cut-up apples, and a fruit bowl with a mix of yummy fruits.

My eyes lit up and I clapped my hands together, I ignored Tamotsu when he snorted and I happily ate the fruits first, then the riceballs, and left my favorite; Curry Bread last. I let out a puff of air finishing up all that food Tamotsu kindly made, rubbing my stomach I knew the twins weren't grown fully yet but I hoped they enjoyed the delicious food their uncle Tamotsu made us~ I just wouldn't tell him I gave him that title yet, he would get all tsundere on me.
