Howard 'Howey' Jay Stevens-he is the son of Jason and is a year old than his sister Lexi. He is what some might say easily angered, but he is kind, sweet, and caring.
Alexis "Lexi" Emily Stevens- is the daughter of Jason Stevens. She is a year younger than her brother Howey. She is a bit sassy, but overall is nice. She is very smart and talented, yet tends to hide it.
Jason Stevens- grandson of Howard 'Red' Stevens. He is the father of Howard and Lexi Stevens. He is married to Alexia. He cares very much for his children.
Alexia Stevens (nee Gorner)- is the wife of Jason Stevens. Had a daughter named Emily but she died of leukima.
Mrs.Hastings- the previous assitant of the now deceased Mr. Hamilton. She sends Jason and Alexia to Ecuador. She has a son.
Jamie Walters- the best friend of Lexi. She and Lexi knew each other for years. She is a year younger than her brother Cray. Jamie has a bad immune system.
Crayton "Cray" Walters- an old friend of Howey. An incident back in the second grade caused them to break up their friendship but still saw very much of each other because of their little sisters being best friends.
Matthew- Gus's grandson. He lives with his grandparents, his parents Gester and Anna, and his twin sister Isabelle. He becomes very close to Lexi.
