I went home and decided to rest a hour as the spring festival will be held  a couple of hours later.

"But before I rest I need some food." I sed and went to grab what I need to make some Sushi. Of course it would be the vegan one because I hate the salmon one. As I was making some of my food and bringing it to the table with sakura tea I heard my door knock.

"Who could that be?" I thought as no body except aki knew where I live for safety precautions. I opened the door and my face fell to a shoke one.

"D-..daki?" I muttered as my best friend hugged me while crying.
"Whaaaa where have you been koku???! It's been months since I saw you???!" Daki cried as she hugged me tightly not likely to let me go any time soon.

" Daki you need to understand... I have seen my hus... Ex husband kissing another woman most likely dating her. After I left you and Douma I broke off our marriage and ran away to have a normal and happy life I deserve. Besides I will never go back to that agonizing pit of killing ever again" I explained as I finally got her calmed down and sat across my table as I ate. ". Master is on a rampage killing, destroying and turning humans and villages left and  right. He is getting suspicious of me and doumas lack of killing....I stopped killing people days after you disappeared but I couldn't last that long without eating so I started to kill humans again but I feel so guilty for that the truth is I wanna be good again stop being this monster but I couldn't. But I would help you in any way to do just about anything"

She sed while head hanging low. " Daki..sweetheart you can't stop feeding on humans because your a demon I don't know why I even stop eating humans. So don't do that to your self. A good thought could change the world....ok remember it when ever you feel as if you're a monster." I said while patting her head.

" Any ways I gotta go before master realize my absence. I will see you when I'm free"she sed and left.

I was once again left alone and with a full stomach I decided I was gonna sleep my tiredness away.

Akira pov
It was a few hours before the Fest and just enough time to get ready. I first took a bath with rose petals and other nice smelling stuff and next I got ready and put on the kimono and finally it was time for hair and makeup. I care fully styled my hair and put a beautiful  pin in my bun. Next I applied light makeup. I had two hours before the festival's start so I read a book I haven't read.

Two hours later

I arrived a little early because I was nervous about all of this. I fiddled with my fingers a little overwhelmed by this new experience. Speaking of which I have never felt this excited ever since quitting killing demons. Ahh I still remember it as yesterday I was the flower pillar and now a common girl working in a clothing store. The good old days, where me and our fellow hashira having meetings at the ubuyashiki states and discussing our journeys. I miss everyone and especially yorichi.

See, he was my best friend. We joined the corps together and since then we travelled together but he rose the ranks way before me but soon after I joined too.

Suddenly I saw kokoshibo walking towards me I haven't even noticed her!. I was too busy remembering my days at the corps. She was wearing the kimono she bought today and was wearing a hair down with a hair clip attaching a few strands of hair from both sides in the middle she was also wearing light make up. ( Suguru geto style ^⁠_⁠^)

To simply put it, she was drop dead gorgeous. Her features shone from the moon light.

" Hello Akira, you look beautiful tonight......"
