"Uuf!" A lady about the same height had bumped into me, she looked scrawny but something told me that wasn't the case, her hair was a crazy red with streaks of white around her hair as well as black. She looked exhausted with bags under her eyes drooping further than I'd ever expect bags to go, she wore a crop top with the words "RAT" on it as well as a small skirt.

"Dude I'm so sorry I wasn't watching where I was goin-" She was going to continue but she looked at me wide eyed, but it faded back to a normal face.

"It's fine... but is something wrong you've been staring at me for quite awhile."
She shook her head, "Nono, it's just you reminded me of somebody," She dwindled her fingers around nervously before asking me, "Hey.. I know I just met you but you were standing like literally right outside the music building and I can't exactly... nevermind. Do you have any experience in music?"

Usually I'd have heard this before, it was going to be the typical 'Oh my gosh can you play-' and then it would be something along the lines of Rush E, Flight of the Bumblebee, or something related to that. I was going to say no but seeing as I had literally nothing else to do I figured I'd see what this lady wants.

"Y-yea actually I play multiple instruments, but I mean why do you even need it? You don't look like a hotshot I won't lie."
She didn't like that and pouted, "Hey! Just because I don't look it doesn't mean I can't fit the role! Jeez... listen can you please come with me I need to see something."
"Wait wait wait, your name? You haven't even introduced yourself how do I know I can trust you?"
"Isn't it kinda rude to let a lady introduce themselves first? Oh well, I am HakosBaelz, nice to meetcha"

HakosBaelz...? HakosBaelz... why is that name so familiar... It rings in my head so much why can I not put my finger on it? I swear I've heard it before and it wasn't some random celebrity coincidence, or some talent, nono this felt like... felt like a mutual understanding with somebody. It wasn't remembered as a friendship more than it was just a deal...

"Hello...?"
I've heard it before I swear I have... God I can feel it so why can't I put my finger on it damn!

"Hey! Hey! Don't ignore me!"Snapping back to reality, I realized I spaced out, Baelz was shaking me trying to snap me back to reality.

"Okay okay! Sorry sorry! I just zoned out... you also sound familiar but I guess that's just a coincidence. To introduce myself, I am Y/n L/n, I hope to be a professional musician once I graduate school."
"Hmmm music... okay... well then follow me Y/n, I want a visual demonstration.

I nod and she turns to the music store right behind her, inside the music store there was a variety of instruments, trumpet, flute, piccolo, accordion, any instrument you name it, they have it. It wasn't a surprise it was one of the main areas for music, most people would come around here if they ever had a starting interest, professionals looked around for instruments that they could help others learn. To me, this was a palace, music everywhere? I could only dream of it.

Bae led me over to the main area where the paths split from the registers dividing sections to string instruments to wind instruments, to exotic instruments. She turned to me and she spoke.

"Well, what are you best in? I need to see what your best in so I can determine what style of music you play, I don't know you well enough so I have to know."
"Well... in terms of instruments I can play any... maybe not winds as good but I got the idea, but I'm best at string instruments so lets go there, preferably the electric section so only we can hear each other"

She nodded and led us over to the electric stringed instruments, there was guitars, acoustic, bass, violins, anything. There was also a piano which made since since it's technically string, but the weirdest part is the section was vastly empty in the middle, the piano filled the corner while the other instruments just hung from the wall. The empty space could practically fill a classroom almost.
