Chapter 2

Aspen's POV

She really didn't want to be here. Her friends dragged her out of her apartment and decided she needed to step out and clear her head. She had just received her feedback from her last test and she had scored less than the target. This meant that she was not going to be able to get that scholarship. Her whole life depended on it, not to mention the debts she had already looming over her head.

" Comeon Aspen. This is going to be the most memorable day of your life. Trust me."

"Claire, I really think we should go to just a regular bar and just drink our sorrows away."

" No Nate! Not regular today. Besides maybe our girl might attract some rich assholes in here and pay off her debts. Right!! Yes babe, you should totally do that." Claire was sizing her up, " But she didn't have any fancy clothes in her closet. And my clothes don't fit her. I guess this will do."

" Hey Claire I have a boyfriend." Aspen finally spoke up.

"Baby nobody cares about Steve tonight. He doesn't even help so why do you even mention him?"

" I really don't think this is going to work!" Nate voiced his opinion.

" Shut up Nate, nobody cares what you think."

" Okay. I'm done."

They finally arrived at Vetico's,the club that just opened up, the only people that had access to it were people who had paid a month prior or ones who had membership; meaning they're rich enough to pay the membership price. Which was high enough to buy a Lamborghini. There were bouncers placed outside.

" Okay so you should just follow my lead." Claire whispered. She put on her best smile and walked up to the bouncers." Hi Jack and Joe."

" What's your name?"

" Claire. But I'm not on the list."

" Then unfortunately you can't get in."

Claire laughed, " Do you know who I am Joe?"

" No and my name isn't Joe!"

" Listen up buddy, I'll call you whatever I want. I'm Claire and I'm getting in, with them."

" You're not on the list."

" I already told you I wasn't on the list. I'm the dancer and you're upsetting very important people by refusing me entrance. Maybe I should call Milton and tell him that." She took out her phone and before she could even dial the bouncer stopped her.

" I'm sorry Miss Claire, Mr Milton did say there was a dancer coming but he didn't say the name was Claire so I thought you were just trying your luck. "

Claire scoffs," Ofcourse Milton didn't use Claire. You know of a stripper who uses their government name. I just thought he wouldn't embarass me like this. Do I look like a stripper to you Jack? Be honest I can take it."

" No. You don't."

"We tried to not dress like that. I understand the costumes are already inside."

" Yes they are. Please do enter."

" Thank you Joe, I'll tell Milton about how good you treated us."

" It's my job." He smiled

They gave them tags then they were able to enter the club. They walked a few steps with Aspen and Nate walking behind Claire.

" I can't believe you pulled that off."

" Oh please I do. Stick with me kids and I'll take you to Havana."

" How did you know there was a dancer?"

" There's always strippers in places like these sweet innocent Aspen. And you just have to know how to play your cards right. Okay let's go miggle kids."

The crowd was big, too big considering there were people still waiting outside on the line. The drinks were free, they just had to present their tags and they'd get everything they needed. Claire got them shots to start and they all downed them and they started drinking and dancing.

" I'll be back." Aspen told Nate. Claire was already flirting with the bartender.

" Where are you going? I'll go with you."

" I'm going to pee. You don't need to guard me Nate. You've been eyeing that brunette over there, this is your chance to go talk to her. She probably thinks I'm your girlfriend."

" You think I stand a chance?"

" No never know until you try."

She walked over to where she saw many girls coming from, she entered the bathroom and used the toilet. She washed her hands and used the paper towels to dry her hands when she was done.

" Hi Prettylady."

" Hi!" She was uncomfortable and tried to leave but he grabbed her hand.

" How are you?"

" I'm good, can you let go of my hand now?"

" Yes I can, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have grabbed it. And I'm sorry for following you in here. It's creepy right?" He let go of her hand

" Very creepy. Can I leave now?"

" Can I buy you a drink?"

" No!"

" Comeon, don't hurt me like that."

She walked to the door and she was in the guy's arms and she tried to scream but she couldn't. She couldn't do anything. She felt a lot of wind hit her then she was in a room somewhere in the club.

" Took you long enough Chase."

" Oh comeon like you'd do any better. You said you wanted her right?"

" Yes!"

" Bon Appetit!"

Chase tossed her to Mateo and he grabbed her before she fell. He looked at her, " This is not going to be painful." Then he moved her hair from her neck, it looked very inviting. His veins pooped and his teeth came out and he sank them in her neck.
