(Takes place back in Goodsprings in an alternate plot line. So nothing gets anyone confused this HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE MAIN STORY!)
I was back home. Along with me I had brought my new found friends. Reilly, Revi, Remy and Sully. The town looked and smelled exactly the same as I had left it last. "Home Sweet Home," I muttered, tears about to brim over my bottom eyelids. The first place I went was Trudy's Saloon, no questions, no doubts about it. I even noticed that the same leathery faced man, Pete, was not occupying his usual spot in his old rocking chair just outside the saloon doors. 'That's weird," I pulled opened the old creaking door and once inside was surprised by the sweetest thing ever. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!" It was all of the little town, packed into the bar. Drinks, home made streamers and banners littered the small bar. Many of the familiar faces I knew smiled back at me brightly. This time tears did spill over. "Oh my gosh..you guys this is awesome!" "And welcome home sweetie," Doc Mitchell said, arms open for a hug. Surely I ran into them like the child I once was.

The party in the saloon was going great, many of the settlers wished me a happy birthday, hugging and shaking my hand. Many I had never met before. "Thank you!" I said, discovering the buffet table. My mouth watered. "Me and Trudy made all of it, but of course we had help." Doc gestured to a someone off in a direction I was not worried about at the moment, for I was now extremely hungry. "Mire Lurk cakes all the way from Washington DC, Gecko tail, Deathclaw deviled eggs and omelets, Squirrel kebabs. Then we have the steaks, Gecko, Bighorner, Dog, Coyote and Brahmin. We have Mac N Cheese, Stews, Pork N Beans. And for the drinks there is water, Nuka Cola, and Sunset S. We have drinks, but since you don't drink what use would that be?" He patted me and immediately I grabbed an old plate and a fragile fork. Digging in. The food was amazing! I stuffed my face and was delighted with ever bite of the savory food. I was so thankful for people like these in my life. I found a place to sit at the bar amongst all the settlers. "Hey honey, welcome back!" Trudy yelped smiling and wiping the bar as usual. "Hey! Missed you guys, and you really didn't have to do all of this. Just for me." She nodded making eye contact. "Yes, but we did anyway. You helped a shit ton around here and plus it's your special day. ENJOY IT!" She said turning up the radio louder and soon the cheerful music filled the bar. "Where's all the leftover food going?" I asked completely concerned now. "To feed our town of course. Folks can just come into the bar and grab whatever they like...at a small expense though" The last part was whispered. Well, this would get Trudy some more patrons in here. The music filled my ears and so did all the delightful chatter. After I ate it was surely time to get something fun going.

~A few minutes later~

"Hit it harder!" Someone shouted and I swung blindly once again. This time my bat finally did bite into something. Hopefully the Pinata. "YEEEEEEAH!" Everyone screamed and swarmed around me to grab at the things on the ground. I removed the cloth covering my eyes. Special caps, and envelopes fell onto the ground at my feet. I frowned confused at first and then when I picked up a few envelopes I smiled. They were birthday cards. "Aww, this is so nice!" I picked up more, but there were too many. "Don't worry about it, now onto our other fun games." In a matter of minutes I was drunk and dancing. On top of the bar. I had found the people I came here with after several hours and now Sully and Revi joined me on the bar, dancing along side me. The music blared over the howls of appreciation. And the little bar was lively once again. I fell to my feet and in front, Remy was ready to catch me in case I actually hit the ground. But I sat down giggling. "QUIET!!!" I screamed, completely out of no where. Surely, the people did comply. "Now I wanna tell you guys a story." "Uh-oh Drunk stories number 1" Trudy mumbled and I turned to glare drunkly at her. A few people laughed. Of course my story didn't make a bit of sense but it humored them. Later on in the night a few of us headed outside with a few BB guns and played team manhunt. I was still a little tipsy but I had taken some fixer and dunked my head in a bucket of cold water. So I was a lot more coherent now. "If you get into trouble, just yell. You all know the rules, if you get shot with a BB you're dead..not really. They sting a little but not too much. Teams of four! Move as one team because only the captain has the BB gun and can protect you." We had already split. Me, Sunny Smiles, Revi and a random settler teamed up. Remy, Sully and two settlers teamed up. Trudy, Doc, Chet and Reilly were on one team. "Go!" I said, and we ran to our planned places. C'mon you guys!" I said lowly and we moved behind the giant boulder to hide. "Stay low." Sunny warned. We sat for a few minutes then shuffling was heard nearby and an attack from another team ensued. "YAAH!" Reilly leapt over a nearby rock blindly shooting at the ground, growling when no one was hit. "Move!" Me and Revi warned the team and they followed me to a farther rock. I was genuinely surprised at how stealthy my team was.

All in all he last standing where me and Sully. "Just come out Sully! Make it easy on yourself buddy!" I screamed. He stayed quiet. But I knew where he was. Everyone else was watching from the sidelines. Suddenly he popped out from the suspected hiding place and attacked me. He missed with ever shot and I ran away as fast as my feet could carry me, barrel rolling behind another rock. I popped back out and he tried to shoot me. But he was out of bullets. "Get her SULLY!" His team encouraged. I smirked aiming and I also realized I had no bullets. Together we both tossed our guns rushing at each other and I launched myself at him tackling him. "OW!" He said smiling a bit as we wrestled for control. I was topping him at first trying to hold him down but he used his extra body mass and turned us over pinning me down. I was panting, struggling. He smiled. "Happy Birthday buddy."
