This book references themes and topic for those who are +18.
For those of you reading who are +18 here is a list of potential triggers and content warnings;
1) Sexual themes (both hetero and LGBT+ - currently not explicit but this may change in the future)
2) Depictions of war and the results/consequences of same
3) Violence and death - a lot of it with weapons and magic
4) Discrimination
5) Themes of mental health including passive death wishes, suicidal thoughts, trauma, panic attacks and flash backs.
6) Manipulation and gaslighting
For those who ARE NOT +18 (because I know you're there, I too was once a young teen reading mature romance books when I probably shouldn't have);
If the above information hasn't given you a hint that this book may not be for you then please note that you have been warned. I am not your parent and hence cannot control or hold any responsibility over what you choose to read. All that I ask is that you close the book and walk away the moment you feel uncomfortable.
Actually that last point still applies whether you're +18 or not, there's no shame in knowing when to walk away from something that's not the right fit for you.
