The following winter, my brother taught me how to drive.
It was Raph, obviously, because Leo and Donnie would never do something so irresponsible. We were both bored, and the two oldest Hamatos were out doing something probably boring. I was laying on the couch reading a comic when I got this overpowering desire to GET OUT OF THE HOUSE.
"Ugggggghhhhhhhhh I wanna get outta heeeeeere." I moaned loudly.
"Then go." Raph replied casually, not looking up from his Chris Bradford magazine.
"I caaaan't! Leo won't let me walk around alone." I sob, sliding off the couch and sprawling on the floor.
"Then drive." Raph said, unperturbed.
"I'm fourteeeeeen and I don't know hoooowwwwwww"
"C'mon then, I'll teach ya."
And that is how I, Michelangelo Hamato, learned to drive a car when I was fourteen years old.

When I walked into school this morning, I was immediately ambushed by Mondo.
"Hey Mikey!!" He cried as he threw an arm around my shoulders.
"Hey, Mondo. What's up?" I replied, casually pushing his arm off my shoulder so I could get my books.
"Next week is the Snowflake Ball."
"Yeah?"
"And I'm taking Candy Fine." He looks proud of himself.
"Good for you, dude."
"So! You should bring Renet and we can all chill!"
Hm? I wonder if she'd be interested in that. I play it off as we walk into class, but my heart starts going double time when she waves at me. Maybe I should...
