The call ended. Felix hung up on him. Hyunjin gasped unsure what to do. He wanted to say something. To tell the other it was ok. That none of it was his fault and that he didn't care about the media. Was this Felix's way of rejecting him?

His heart ached like a hole had been ripped out of it. He stared at the ceiling wishing for the tears to stay at bay. What was he supposed to do now? Hyunjin knew it was physically and emotionally impossible for him to move on from Felix. He loved him so much.

Reopening his phone he tried to navigate it with blurry eyesight. He pressed the message icon and did not hesitate to go straight to his contact.

So he told him. Hyunjin told him everything with a heavy heart, mood dropping bit by bit as he retold the story. His mind kept replaying the same line over and over again.

and I quite some time to get used to

it and accept the hate. We had to give

much. You need to be sure that you're

ready for all this and that you're

confident in your relationship with

Felix and both of your feelings. It can

get pretty messy if things don't work

out.

There was a pause and some shuffling. Hyunjin let the words sink into him and suddenly he realised how lucky he was to have Jungkook in his life. To have someone older than him and give him advice on what to do. Without him, Hyunjin realised that he would've been so lost.
