Seraphina
"Who would have thought that it only would take a few shots for me to see that my ex is a complete waste of space!" I exclaimed as I danced on the bar of someplace that I genuinely can't remember the name of.
"Yes!" A few girls at the bar cheered me on.
This night had been full of female empowerment, bashing our exes, amd drinking.
Lots of drinking.
I jumped down from the bar, and go back to the group of girls that I have been around the entire night.
"So what if he and his family left me to die in a burning theater? I am sure that there are so many men that want to be with me!" I said before I slammed my hand down on the bar.
"I hope that was metaphorical." One of the girls slurred out.
I smirked, but I didn't respond.
I wonder how they would react if I were to tell them everything.
It would be great entertainment for me to watch them try and digest the fact that they are surrounded by supernatural beings.
Though, I guess that wouldn't be much fun either.
"Can I have another oneof those? The one you poured for me earlier." I said as I lifted my empty shot glass from the bar.
"Yes! Those were so good!" Another one of the girls said before she slung her arm around my shoulder. "If we were married I would never leave you in a burning building." She whispered in my ear as she pressed her forehead against the side of my face.
I laughed as her breath tickled my ear.
The bartender let out a small laugh as she filled two shot glasses. "These are your last for tonight, your group has had enough."
"What! No!"
I laughed. "I got this," I said as I pulled a fifty out of my clutch and slide it onot the bar towards the bartender. "How about you keep serving us?" I asked with a wink.
The bartender grabbed the fifty and placed it in her apron. "I'm keeping this, but my answer is still no."
I dropped my head onto the bar.
"We have to make this one count!" Another one of the drunk girls exclaimed.
I lifted my head. "You're right!"
She and I grabbed our shots and threw them back at the same time.
She scrunched her face up at the taste while I laughed at her reaction.
"You know what I should do?" I asked.
"What?"
"His brother is here. I should burn down the place that he is staying in. He left me to die in a burning building, it's only right to return the favor."
It is a great plan.
That will be my first step to moving on.
"I believe that would be a felony."
I stiffened as the accented voice rang through my head.
The girls giggled as they stared at the person who is standing behind me.
The same man that I saw earlier today.
Niklaus Mikaelson.
"I heard the term ex being thrown around, and the last time that I checked there was no divorce between you and my brother, sister-in-law." He said tauntingly.
