Madison and Shelby got tore off their cover-ups and ran into the lake. I slowly put my towel down and watched Alex and Robert run after them. I looked to the side of me and saw Austin looking at me. “Why aren’t you going in there with them?” I asked. “Why aren’t you?” he asked. Tricky tricky. “I asked you first.” I told him. He just laughed and sat down. I sat down on my towel next to him. “Lex, I really missed you while I was gone.” He said watching our friends splash each other. I looked at him, the moon light shining on his face. “I missed you too Austin! You have to promise me you won’t leave for that long again!” I said. He looked at me and said, “I promise.” I held out my pinky, soon his pinky joined mine. “Okay, Shelby is it cold?” I asked Shelby. “Oh no! It’s pretty warm.” She said while splashing Alex in the face. Austin got up and held his hand out for me. I gladly took it while he pulled me up. Austin then sprinted into the water leaving me awkwardly walking to the water’s edge. I slowly walked in noticing Shelby was completely wrong. “It’s not warm at all!” I yelled at Shelby while giggling. She just shrugged her shoulders and splashed me. “It gets warm after a while.” She said swimming off. I just laughed at her. Madison came up to me while the others were going to jump off the dock. “So what’s going on between you and Austin? You guys have been spending a lot of alone time together.” She asked. “Nothing. We’re just getting back to the way we used to be. As friends.” I told her wishing I could say something different. Like ‘Yea me and Austin have started to like each other and we’re going to date and stuff.’ But nope, just friends. “Oh well it seems like more but oh well. You want to go jump off the dock with me?” she asked. “Umm” I said nervously. I didn’t really like swimming when its dark unless it’s like at a pool or something that you can see the bottom at. “Come on Lexi! They all did and they’re fine!” she said. I finally gave in and we ran to the dock. Everyone else was waiting for us to jump in. “jump on 3.” Madison told me. “1-2-3!” she said as we jumped in. As I came up I saw everyone laughing. Then I saw a swimsuit top floating. I quickly felt my body and I still had mine. I looked over at Madi and I could tell she was blushing but it was way too dark to actually see. I grabbed it and handed it to her. “You might need this.” I said and everyone laughed harder. After an hour of swimming, we decided to call it quits. When we got back to the cabin everyone wanted to shower real quick. There were 1 shower per room and Austin let me go first. While I was in the shower, I started to sing All Around the World by Justin Bieber. I got out and noticed the mirror was foggy so I wiped a little off. I looked around the bathroom to see if I brought my clothes in the bathroom with me, I didn’t. I opened the door and noticed Austin on his computer. “What are you doing?” I asked him grabbing my clothes. “You know I could ask you the same thing. You’re practically naked Alexis.” He said with a cheeky smile on his face. “I have a towel on!” I said walking back into the bathroom. After I got all changed, I walked out and saw Austin on his computer still. I went and sat by him when I just saw myself back. He was doing one of his famous AUSTreams. I quickly got back up. He was looking at me weird. “I don’t want to get between you and your fan time. “ I said starting to walk away. Austin grabbed my hand and pulled me back on the bed. “Everyone this is one of my best friends, Alexis. As you can see we are very close. Considering we’re sharing a room.” He said into the camera. “Hi everyone!” I said while waving to the camera. “She will be staying with you while I go take a real quick shower!” Austin said handing the computer to me. “Wait what?!” I said confused. “Will you keep them entertained while I go take a shower? Please!” he said giving me the puppy dog eyes. I glared at him. “Fine.” I said.
