I woke up to my phone beeping.

‘Just checking in that everything is ok. Hope you’re having fun!’

I loved my mom. She was the one who got this cabin in the first place. If she didn’t, Austin and I would still be just friends. Thank god for moms! I looked over to see Austin sleeping like a baby. I smiled at his cuteness. I tried sneaking out of the bed but Austin pulled me back in. I didn’t even know he was awake. “Don’t leave.” He whined. I turned around to face him. I examined his features. His eyes started to flutter open. I could definitely get used to this. “Good morning.” He said with the cutest smile. I smiled back. “Good morning.” I said. We just looked at each other for a while. It was really nice being in his arms. Nothing could ruin this moment. “Yo love birds get the fuck up!” Alex yelled. I was wrong. Austin and I got up and went downstairs. I went and sat by Shelby, who was on the couch. Austin went into the kitchen. Minutes later, he joined me on the couch, wrapping his arm around my shoulder. “So what’s on the agenda today?” I asked. “We were going to go play basketball if you girls wanted to come.” Alex said. “I’ll go! I can probably beat your ass. I’m a stud at basketball.” Shelby said. I laughed. We all know Shelby couldn’t even dribble the ball. “Well then I guess we should get ready!” Austin said. We all went to go change. I put on some red basketball shorts and a white, sporty tang top. “You look good in basketball shorts.” Austin said, wrapping his arms around my waist. I smiled up at him. “You don’t look bad yourself in them.” I said and kissed him. We went down stairs to see everyone waiting for us.
