"I see you have finally returned."

"Yes Master." She said as she bowed.

"What did you end up choosing?"

"I killed the bitch, and brought the bastard."

"Mmm."

"Shall I take him to his quarters, or would you like to speak with him now?"

"Now. Besides, the faster I see him, the faster I don't have to see him again."

"As you wish, Master." She opened the office door and ushered him inside "Master will see you now."

"Tell me," the voice spoke without even looking up from the paperwork on their desk, "Why should I not just go ahead and kill you?"

"You are the ones who offered me the deal," Seymour rudely said, "Which means you need me."

"Take him back, he is useless. Let the twins deal with him."

"Yes Master."

"WAIT!!"

"What?"

"I will do whatever you want, just don't send me back to them savages." Seymour was on his knees, "I swear it. If you want me to kill him, I will kill him." He said looking at the butler who just walked in. "If you want me to eat a mouse, then that is what I will do. Just PLEASE don't send me back."

"We will speak tomorrow," facing the other, he spoke again, "show him to his room, we will speak when you return."

"Of course Master."

They knew that Seymour would do anything they asked even before he showed up. Seymour was the lowest of the low when it came to humans. They had purposely left him to be tortured by the twin for six months now, and in all honesty they would have left him for another six more months and he would have deserved every excruciating second of it too.

Unfortunately, Tagronoth was the best in his field. If that man worked for them, then there would have been no issue. Not only was he the best at what he does, he was loyal to a fault. Alas, the man was loyal to the twins and no matter what was offered, they could not get him to join them.

Since they could not get Tagronoth, they did the next best thing. They got a spy in the dungeon, someone that Tagronoth would never suspect. The spy had sent word that Seymour and that bitch of a wife Belinda, would be subjected to not only physical torture, but mental torture as well. They never said how Tagronoth came across the information of Emily's kidnapping and placement with those idiots, but once he learned of it, he was like a dog with a bone.

Him and the twins decided to investigate everything pertaining to Emily. They knew that once Seymour's and Belinda's mind was penetrated that it would eventually lead to them. They had purposely left them an additional week so it would not look suspicious, but any longer than that and it would be too much.

Now they are stuck with a stupid human who would do anything he was told to not be subjected to the twins and their torturer. If he proved useless in the long run, they could always kill him.

The sound of knocking pulled them out of their thoughts.

".....sir?"

"Yes? What is it?"

"You wanted to speak with me."

"Oh, right. Why did you not kill him?"

"He will be easier to manipulate, than the woman would have been."

"Mmm." They sat there a few moments in silence. "What did you do with the body?"

"I left it in the dungeon."

"Why?"

"Less work for us. Let them bury their own prisoners."

"I see. Was that a wise choice tho?"

"It was a dead body. She was useless alive, she is even more useless now that she is dead."

"You better hope that that decision does not come back to bite you in the ass."

"I can go and retrieve the body, if that is what you command."

"No, leave it. Going back now will only make it worse."

"In one week I want you to go and get an update. Let the dust settle first."

"Of course."

"Also, send the physician to check on Seymour. Once his wounds are healed, send him to the witch. Have her place several tracking spells on him. Tell her to make sure the first backlash is painful enough that he never thinks of leaving again. On the chance he does, make sure the second backlash is lethal."

"As you command.
