I do believe it's your special day?" "Ahh.. yeah. I'm eighteen today but I don't understand" Brutus handed over a box that was wrapped in decorative paper and brielle gently grabbed it. "Have a good evening ma'am" "you too sir". Brielle looked at the neatly wrapped gift. 'what is this and who is it from?' "dad, what are those keys for?" "Your new car.." "WHAT?" Shaun chuckled "you are eighteen. When you sit your licence, you will have a car" "that's.. that's way too much" "it's a necessity in a place like this. Who is that from?" "I don't know. I'm going to find out" brielle and Shaun sat back down. "Do you mind.." "no I'm eager to know too" brielle showed a slight nod.
"There's a card" Brielle inhaled a long deep breath as she grabbed the card and ripped the envelope open.

Brielle wiped her tears as she gently lowered the card. 'my own father sent her a package' brielle looked at the present and slowly unwrapped it. 'a wooden box..' sliding the top off, Brielles eyes widened. 'what is this?' 'my fathers safety box. He left it for Brielle. I tried to open it but they wouldn't allow it' Brielle slowly opened the box as her emotions were all over the place. 'what are these?' Grabbing out three envelopes, Brielle started with the thickest one. Opening it up, brielles breathing picked up. 'each and every photo is of grandpa and I. Memories I have held close to the heart. He's an inspiration. A man and family member that never gave up on me. I love him so much' Brielle looked at every photo while Shaun kept his eyes on brielle. 'smiling, sadness, happiness, sadness.. it's a mix. I know they are photos but I have yet to lay my eyes on the photos' Brielle lowered the photos to the table and opened the next envelope. 'another letter. I think this one is very personal. It's something I will read on my own' Brielle put that in her pocket then grabbed the last. Reading the message, Andres heart rate increased. 'this brielle seems too good to be true. I haven't put myself out there but this woman.. she has a pull on me.

- brielle, our outing can be shortened but if this important place means a lot to you, I would love to join you.
