In a giant, purple submarine, an evil scientist named Dr. Octavius Brine was planning his evil scheme to conquer the world. He started assembling his octopus minions for a potential meeting so they would distract the Time Force members. "Got any childcare? Not anymore," said Dr. Octavius Brine. "Everything is going JUST as I've planned. Soon, the entire world will be without childcare."
He described his plan to his octopuses about how to kidnap the children all over the world in his own scheme. The octopuses listened carefully to what he was saying, and they were delighted to hear this. "Nothing can stop us now," he said, and he laughed evilly. The octopuses applauded after hearing Dr. Octavius Brine's evil plan and evil scheme to conquer the world.
Now, it's up to the Time Force to defeat the evil scientist and his octopuses.
