Second person POV
Lunch break was finally here. It was a good thing you had lunch right after hun because you were starving. You were on your way to sit with Tanjiro and the others until you heard your name being called.
"Hey!" A girl with blonde hair said. She had a scowl plastered onto her face and two other girls were following behind her. The first girl behind her had brown hair and blue eyes while the other girl had black hair and brown eyes.
"Yes?" You asked confused why they were acting so mean to someone who just arrived at this school.
"I saw you talking to kyojuro. I just want to tell you something. He's mine. He doesn't want you and never will want you." The girl says putting her hands on her hips.
"Well, you can have him." You say imitating the girl's pose.
"What are you doing?!" The girl says angrily.
"What does it look like I'm doing?" You say snickering at your own antics.
"If you think you can get away with this you're dead wrong. I'll be sure to make sure my boyfriend hunts you down.
"If you have a boyfriend... what do you want kyojuro...?" You ask confused
"It's none of your business! Just stay away from him or you and me are gonna have problems." She says snarling
"No." You say before walking away.
"Oh... kaylia what are you going to do?" The girl with brown hair asks.
"Call Jake," Kaylia says snatching the phone from the brown-haired girl and dialing a number into it.
•Time Skip• (like 3 min)
You slowly made your way towards the stairs trying to get to the cafeteria but before you could step foot onto the stairs you heard a low angry voice call you.
"Are you Y/N?" The male asks towering over you.
"No." You say trying not to burst out laughing.
Before he can walk away kaylia comes into the scene.
"That is her! That's the girl!" Kaylia says in a high-pitched voice, probably so people could feel bad for her.
"Oh." You say slowly waking hoping not to alert the male but he whips his head in your direction.
"Did you make fun of my girlfriend?" They both ask slowly raising his hand.
"Yeah." You say standing there then rushing away before he can hurtle you.
"Jake get her!" Kaylia screams pointing at me and rubbing away and so the chase begins.
You dodge his attempts to grab you by the hair and you start to run around the entire school trying to find the cafeteria.
You soon got tired of all the chasing you needed to rest. The moment you got out of his line of sight you rushed into an empty classroom and collapsed to the ground.
Huff
Huff...
You slowly regain your composure and look through the little window of the classroom to see if the male is gone.
When you are sure he's gone you open the flash of your phone to look around. You look surprised you see a male.
"Giyuu-?" You ask as you close the flash of your phone and open the dim light of the room.
"Sorry I didn't mean to"
"It's fine," Giyuu says bluntly. He continues to eat his food without saying another word.
"Do you mind if I stay here for five minutes?"
"No," Giyuu says again and continues to eat his food not daring to look at you once.
"What were you running from?" He asks
"Oh, just a kid named... John...? No! His name was Jake..." you say looking back at him.
"Oh... that kid's trouble," Giyuu says
"I can tell."
"He's probably looking for you."
"I know."
"Be careful."
"I will." You say turning back to him and smiling at him hoping to ease up the mood. He doesn't smile back I instead he just hands you a rice ball.
"Since you didn't have lunch here." He says expecting you to take it.
"Oh! Thank you!" You say happily "I owe you one alright?" You say smiling even more now.
Giyuu didn't say anything but he could hear his heart beating, fast. He thought it was probably because of the heat but it was because of something else.
"Giyuu?" You ask
"Yeah?" He says finally looking up at you as you guys converse.
"Why are you in a classroom?" You ask slightly tilting your head to the side.
"Because. I don't want to sit with the student council." He says looking down again.
"Oh, you're in student council? What is it like?" You ask sitting down to face him.
"It's alright." He says
"Do you get food? Do you get to skip classes? Do you meet during the first period? Do you get special treatment?" You ask eagerly
"Yes, yes, sometimes, and yes." He says
"Cool! I want to join the student council but I don't know how to. But is it fun?" You ask again but in an even more eager voice.
"It's alright." He says
"Nic- oh shoot!" You say taking your phone out of your pocket.
Giyuu gives you a question look.
"I forgot I promised someone I'd sit with them. I should text them what happened." You say try ping in your password and texting Tanjiro.

"Alright, all good!" You say putting your phone back in your pocket and having a comfortable moment of silence with Giyuu.
"What class do you have after lunch?" Giyuu asks
"I have Science." You answer
"I'll walk you there if you want?"
"Oh! Thanks!" You say smiling at him. "I owe you twice now alright?"
"It's fine."
"I insist!"
"Alright..." he says looking down trying to hide the almost invisible smile now plastered on his face. He had been treated nicely before but something about your kindness felt different.
Guys this chapter is so long. I'm glad ima starting to make more chapters like this. I should probably work on my other story tho 😭😭😭
