This story is the first of the new trainer Kiara's travels through the wonderful world of Pokemon. Follow her as she goes across the region battling gyms, meeting pokemon and chasing after her dream of meeting the Pokemon of her dreams... Regigigas...
We find our hero bursting through the doors of the largest home in Pallet Town, three stories and five times the size of a typical home. This blonde young lady and her companion Pudding the Buneary on their way to Professor Oak's lab where they will be receiving the third member of their titan seeking crew. What adventures will unfold before them? Find out now!
The richest girl in all of Pallet Town had finally reached her sixteenth birthday, the day was naturally special but not for the reason that would typically be attributed to a girl who'd just reached the aforementioned age. Where most trainers got to receive a starter Pokémon on their tenth birthday, her painfully constrictive parents had held her in Pallet for an additional six years. Across that time, she had continued reading the same books she had fallen in love with since she was a child, sinking deep into studying the ancient history of the world they shared with Pokémon.
At long last, Kiara was free to roam as she had always wanted to do... free to chase after Regigigas as she had always dreamed of doing. But she knew that to face him, she would need to become a titan herself, somebody worthy of standing in the continent tower's presence. This was her first step, her and Pudding's first step towards their dream!
Her back was on her shoulder, filled to the brim with various types of pokeballs, food, camping supplies and so on. She had packed enough to make it to the next town, but thanks to money not being a massive issue for her, she was able to pack a touch lighter than most. But after today she would no longer have her parents' money... and she didn't care.
As Professor Oak's lab came into view, she would look at Pudding on her shoulder and smile brightly "It's finally here Pudding! The first step, we're really about to do it!" then as they came to the bottom steps before the lab she'd clap her hands together in front of her and call out "Let's go!" with pudding matching her "Neary!"
When she burst through the door she would call out "Professor! We're here for our new pal!"
The older man would look back towards her from where he was sitting and laugh, standing up and waving to her "Oh hello there, you're early Kiara. I'm glad that you're so timely, I've had a trainer that was hours late in the past."
"Hehe how could we be late? After all, we have a Pokémon waiting for us, it would be rude to make them wait." upon which she would glance around, trying to catch a glimpse of the balls that held her and Pudding's new potential companions
With a shrug Oak nodded "I suppose so my girl, though I guess you've always been friendlier with Pokémon than your classmates. Now, let's see to selecting your starter Pokémon, okay?"
From there, the two of them walked over to a table, Professor Oak opening one of the drawers and lifting up a tray covered in silk, three pokeballs sitting on it. Then he would sit them down on top of the table, each of the creatures popping free of their balls to reveal Bulbasaur, Squirtle and Charmander standing before Kiara in all of their bright and blazing glory.
