This story is the first of the new trainer Kiara's travels through the wonderful world of Pokemon. Follow her as she goes across the region battling gyms, meeting pokemon and chasing after her dream of meeting the Pokemon of her dreams... Regigigas...
Personality: Kiara is a woman that is driven by both an unwavering degree of pride and a sense of unending curiosity when it comes to the legendary Pokémon of ancient times like Regigigas and his creations. They're a fashionista with a big mouth though, often spitting venom at somebody who proves annoying to her in the slightest. She doesn't hold back to preserve feelings and will often prove rude to those that waste her time. But behind that rough and rebellious exterior is a kind girl that is genuinely curious about the world around her and somebody that wants to prove herself. Her temper is short and her drive unending, once given a goal she will chase it to the ends of the earth and a dream is something she'll never let go of.
Likes: Studying history and ruins, artifacts, cute and flashy clothing, getting into trouble, tough looking Pokémon, getting snappy with people that annoy her, persimmons and mangoes, Hang gliding Dislikes: Hoodies, plain clothes, being looked down on, not knowing the answer to something, losing in any capacity, people making fun of her dreams, those that don't respect history
Backstory: Born in the Unova region, Kiara came into a household that was rather well off and as such she was all but guaranteed a cushy and enjoyable life. She received her first proper friend and first partner at the young age of four during her family's move from Unova to Kanto, her darling and very special Buneary, Pudding. The two became fast friends and would grow up together, rarely ever parting from the other's side. They would eat, sleep, bathe, play together and everything else under the sun, a bond that would remain untainted even into their shared adulthood. It was also together that the legend which would influence their shared future would enter their ears, the tale of Regigigas who pulled the continents in epochs long since passed.
The two around then, the age of seven would begin to 'train' with them often getting into battles with other children that attended her rather high end school... leading to the pair often getting into trouble because of the disruptions. They weren't very good at first of course, though what child really was? They stirred up fight after fight, estranging Kiara from her classmates and people her age as well as her teachers ever further, leaving her to grow closer and closer to her Pokémon and her books. The stories of old drawing her in deeper and deeper, from Spear Pillar to the Ruins of Alf, she was drawn deep into them all... yet Regigigas and his creations were never taken far from her mind. With her determination growing stronger and stronger no matter how much those older than her tried convincing her otherwise.
