Gweneth has just arrived from her modelling workshop that took the entire day on teaching little kids who are eager to be future beauty queens. The girl was really thankful that she is in a job where she is happy in which she is doing the profession she loves involving cutie pies as her students. She really wanted to have a kid of her own when it's the right time but for now, she has a particular baby to take care of who is on the top of her priority list.

"AAAAAAHHHHHH"

Gwen heard the loud scream coming from the restroom which made her drop all the valuables she is holding and rushed isn't full speed. She had a hard time trying to open the door since it was locked but the adrenaline of her panic escalated that made her break the door's knob at nakapasok na siya. She gave a swift look on the situation and her heart dropped seeing a girl on the hot tub all curled up in the corner. It's happening again.

"Baby, what's wrong?"

"Ayoko na! Pagod na ako, leave me alone!!"

Gwen hugged the girl in the tub who is soaking wet while the latter keep pushing and punching her away. It was painful but it never slipped on Gwen's mind to release her embrace because she was already used to this, it's not the first time that she has to do this to the girl she is hugging right now, that is what love is. Eventually, the girl got too tired that she is even stopped crying and taking incoherent breathing patterns.

"Hey, look at me. Inhale then exhale. Follow me, kaya mo yan."

Gwen continued to guide the girl to have her breating normal and soon enough ay kalmado na ang lahat. The room got really silent but it is obvious that the tension is still there.

"Sheena Catacutan, may I know what is going on here? I am here oh."

The younger girl refused to reply as she covers her face using her wet hands because of all the water from the tub but the older removed it patiently and gently knowing how her lover is in a fragile condition. Sheena's face seems so lost and hopeless which could mean that there is something wrong.

"Stay here, do not move a muscle."

Gwen stepped out from the tub and proceeded towards the bedroom to get a towel and bath robe for the younger girl. She immediately returned to the comfort room as she was afraid on what might happen if she leaves Sheena out of her sight. Gwen calmly asked the girl to step out from the tub to dry herself off especially that she is still wearing clothes that can make her sick if she does not change into dry ones soon. Mabuti at sumunod naman siya as she was thoroughly being taken care of by Gwen on drying the younger girl and bringing her to the bedroom so she could get some new clothes to wear on and lay down on bed. Gwen quickly did her night routine so she could give some time to Sheena to reflect about what has happened and hoping she can get some answers on what is really going on. As she returns to the room, she could still see the younger girl fidgeting her hands trying to calm down while made Gwen decide that she will wait for the girl to be ready.

"Now that we are both ready for bed, we can finally rest and call it a day."

"Do-don't you wann-na ask?"

"Whenever you are ready, good night!"

Gwen turned off the night lamp and laid down beside Sheena to go to sleep.

"I want to quit Med school."

The older got shocked by the words she heard as she swiftly turned the lampshade on and got up from her position just to see the younger leaning by the bed frame in which she actually did as well.

"It's too much pressure and I don't remember myself getting the right amount of sleep. I am always tired and I don't want to be a failure knowing I got this opportunity for free. I am scared that if I just slip once, I will lose all the things I have worked hard for. Everyone will be disappointed and you might leave me han—

"Hold up, what made you think I am going to leave you, Sheena Mae?"

"I am pathetic, bebe. What other reason will you be proud of to be with me when there are way too many girls out there you could be with that will make your life better."

"That is where you are wrong."

"Why?"

"They are not Sheena Catacutan. I don't see myself being interested to someone else kasi hindi naman sila ang mahal ko."

"Sheena, the world may throw shit at you but just so you know that I will not let you go through that alone because you have me."

Gwen took Sheena's hands and placed it on her chest on the spot near her heart and looked at rhe girl in the eye.

"I can't lose you again, Shee. I lost you once because I was insensitive and I was truly wrong for doing that because this is how your insecurity started. I am really grateful that you gave me another chance to prove to you and I am not wasting by seeing you feel this way. You have been through a lot of burnouts and meltdowns lately and I don't give a damn if you are going to physically abuse me because of your emotions. I want you to release those emotions within you to have peace on your whole system, that is why you can feel my heartbeat having irregular beats because this heart of mine is so happy to be with you at any moment of my life. You are the smartest person I know, Shee. You have always wanted to become a doctor and I can see how you are dedicated on this medical path you are taking. However, you are doing one step wrong."

"Which step is that?"

"To rest."

"I cannot reward myself to re—

"Everyone deserves it no matter what situation he or she is. Actually it is basically a need already. Sure, you know all the things you need to know but will you be able to know that for a long time if you couldn't get fully immersed when you have fatigue? Think of it as a reward my love, magpahinga ka lang."

"It feels like something selfish to do, mahal. Even when I don't do something productive, do I really earn it."

"It does not matter, my love. You actually deserve the whole world if I could only give it to you when I get the chance."

Sheena couldn't handle her emotions within her system that made her embrace her lover so tightly. She is so very lucky to have Gwen.

"Payag na yung utak ko to get rest, my love. Although, my condition siya eh."

"What do you mean?"

"Gusto ko magpahinga sayo."

"You are my rest, Sheena. It would be an honor that I am your rest as well."
