On in assignment, Spencer gets hurt and Shaun operates on him. While spending time in the hospital, Spencer gets close to Shaun and a love blossoms.
Now my though comes from a fanfic on ao3 it is not in English so I had to read it in translation.
But it was really good highly recommended and easy to find as it's only one of two.
This was short but in school rn.
