The Carnival pt1

•Will's P.O.V•
The night of the Carnival was finally here! I was so excited. The party made up a meeting time of when we should all go to the Carnival to meet up, it was 6 pm and the carnival starts at 6:30. I started to gather my stuff and started to bike there. I got there just in time and I look around to see a big ferris wheel in the back and lights everywhere, there was food stands and a lot of rides and then I saw my friends, el was with me at the time enjoying the view too until she saw max she ran up to her. She gave max a big tight hug and then she hugged her back. They let go a smile at each other. I saw Mike and smiled at him and he smiled at me. We all first ride a couple of rides together and then split up. Lucas with Dustin, Max with El and then Me with Mike. Me and Mike got cotton candy together and sat on a bench. "After this we should ride the ferris wheel" Mike said, "yeah totally!" He smiles at me and then continues to eat his cotton candy.

We were in line for the ferris wheel and we were next up. "Please step forward" the ride operator said to us. We go into the capsule and the ride operator secured the capsule and then we were ready to go. He starts up the ride and we start moving. We're at the top and the wheel stops. We see all the lights and all the people at the ground, "Wow, look at the view mike" "yeah yeah, it's nice" he seems off but I don't wanna push it. I accidentally touched his hand, "o-oh sorry" "it's okay" he smiles at me, then he takes my hand and hold it in his, I turn away so he couldn't see that my face was turning red. After we get off we decide to get food. Get get some fries to share and then some drinks. We see Dustin and Lucas and call them over. "Oh hey guys!" Lucas says, "hey!" We say. They steal some out fries and then I brought up if they'd seen Max and El. "No, we haven't. But, we did see them running away for like, something-" Lucas cuts off Dustin by saying, "but we think their okay and also I think that-" "okay, let's just go and find them." We throw our leftovers away into the bin and look for Max and El. We couldn't find them anywhere so we started to get worried, we yelled and yelled their name, "Max!!!" "El!!" People were staring at us but we didn't care, all we cared about was finding our friends. We tried walkie-talkies but they must've shut them off. "We should split up, cover more ground" Mike says, "okay, meet back at the ferris wheel?" "Yeah, Will. Your with me" Mike said as he gave me a quick smile and then grabbed my hand.

We shouted their names as loud as we could, I was really staring to worry. We stopped for a bit and Mike looked around a bit and then looked at me, "hey, we'll find your sister, we'll find them." He reassured me. I smiled at them and as I was about to say something I think I've may had spotted them. "Mike! Look!" I pointed to them and then we pushed through people and ran towards them. "Max!" I called out. "Dustin, Lucas, we've found them behind the down far side restrooms, we're like behind the brick wall. Over." "Copy that. On our way. Over." We made sure they were okay and they were, I sat down beside them. They were holding hands but they let go when me and Mike sat down beside one another. I was beside el and mike was beside max. Soon later Lucas and Dustin show up. "Hey you guys alright?" They say to Max and El. "Yeah," "we're good" after a while Max and El didn't say why they were running away they just kept quiet and kept glancing at each other. We went home after that night, "hey, sooo uhh.. what really happened?" I said I ss walk into els room. "What?" "Like umm.. why were you guys running away? You can tell me el, you know the others aren't gonna know" "okay, fine I'll tell you"
