Au - The Littlest In The Flock
Context - In this Au Happy didn't die and they got Rainbow back after they destroyed Void Steve. Everyone is living happily in the Rainbow Kingdom and the Hero Trio pretty much all just live in Sabre's house.
One day Sabre goes back to Red's house to reminisce on his old friend and finds that the portal is open. But before Sabre can even consider going through something pops out. Also Sol and his bs band haven't shown up yet but M regularly hangs out with the Trio, the Leaders, Time and Elemental, and a handful of other people. And the Leaders, Trio, and T & E all know about the Red Village and that it exists. But only Sabre knows where it is. So the Professor loves just popping up when no one else is around.
Elytrian Sabre is best Sabre and Hero Trio is Rainbow, Light, and Sabre. Also did you know that some birds can make hissing and purring like noises?

I don't even have a single moment to react when something about the size of a football comes flying out. I manage to catch it, as I try and comprehend what's happened I look down at what I caught....
Egg? I- this is an Elytrian egg, my egg..........
Light turns to look at Rainbow who is sitting on the opposite side of the couch right now. "Hey Rain, shouldn't Sabre be back by now? I mean he left before noon and it's almost dinner time, and we have our weekly dinner with the Leaders tonight."
Rainbow looks up at Light from the house model he was drawing on a notepad. "Your right Saber should have been home hours ago, do you think he's ok?" Light gives Rainbow a reassuring smile just as the door bursts open and Sabre runs in and straight up to his room.
......... "We should probably go check on him." "Definitely!" Rainbow and Light rush up the stairs and over to Sabre's room, they knock on the door and when they get no response they open the door by a crack. "Sabre, how are you feeling?..."
I hear voices but I can't seem to be able to focus on where it is coming from. Right now my only focus is taking care of my egg. My poor baby's shell is dirty! Who could have let this poor little one's shell be dirty?! Doesn't matter now, because they're my baby now and I'll make sure that they'll always be happy and healthy!
I need to finish tidying up the nest so my baby can be comfortable and safe. I coo at my precious little egg so that my baby can know that they're safe now and to not worry and to go to sleep.
I'm suddenly picked up by a being slightly taller than me, I hiss at him and almost claw him. But he grabs my wrists, stopping my attack. The other voice leaves the room and I can hear them start to run the shower.
They come back into the room and help the other voice get me into the bath. They leave the room and I start my escape when voice one comes back and- my egg! Oh... they gave me my egg.... I guess this is okay, my egg needed to be cleaned anyways.
My head was already full of cotton and fog, but now it's almost all it is. I have my egg and I can clean it so that it's nice and clean. And I can hear my flock talking outside the door!
... did I try and attack my flock earlier? I probably have to apologize now. Oh who am I kidding I'm most likely not going to apologize. It's my baby anyways, I'm just going to relax and clean up my egg and myself to I guess.
"HHISS!" Sabre has been hissing at the Leaders every time one of them got close to him while he was sitting in his recently made nest, with his new baby. None of them have been able to make it past seven steps away from the door before Sabre starts getting agitated.
And with everyone distracted no one noticed the three new presences behind them. "So what's going on?" All the leaders jumped from the sudden voice and appearance of M, followed by the Red Leader and the Professor. "So what's going on? Why did we get an emergency letter with only the word bab—.... Is that an egg?"
The Red Leader looks on in confusion before the Professor jumps in front. "Am I correct to assume that the egg is in some way Sabre's child now?" No one even had the chance to respond to his first question before he started talking again. "Hey Sabre, you trust me right? So why don't I just come closer."
"Professor Sabre seems to be very defensive right now and not fully aware of his surroundings. It's probably best that we leave Sabre alone." Professor continues to ignore his Leader's warning and continues to approach Sabre's nest, until he was right in front of Sabre and is leaning over the nest with his arm outstretched.
"Come on you totally trust me right buddy-" The Professor makes a grave from the egg only for Sabre to screech in his ears, claw him a little bit, and bit him when he got to close again. "Ow, that's gonna leave a mark."
Professor just stood there staring at his arm while all the Leader started to panic, Rainbow and Light who were sitting at the entrance of the door also started to panic. Sabre curled up deeper in his nest while looking very proud of himself.
But M and the Red Leader both looked very unamused, M pulled out a med kit and started to bandage Professor up. But the Red Leader went over to the nest, making sure not to get too close to him. He tosses a small circlet crown over to Sabre from where he was standing. "For your baby? when it hatches."
Sabre was very happy with their kind gesture and let him continue to sit in the nest room as long as he didn't get too close to the nest.
