Clyde walked in the court room.
All eyes were on him.
But, he wasn't nervous anymore.
In fact, he was ready.
Ready to get those bastards in jail.
So, when he saw Ashley and his father in handcuffs, he smiled to himself.
"So, we are in this court room today for the case of Clyde Donovan, and his care takers, Roger Donovan and Ashley Smiths."
"These care takers are accused of abusing a minor, physically and mentally."
"Clyde Donovan, could you please explain how the case started?"
Clyde felt all eyes on him, but he acted completely normal.
"Well, on Wednesday morning, Ashley had given me a black eye again. And, a friend of mine had noticed it.
"Do you know who that friend would be?"
"Tolkien Black."
The judge nodded.
"May we get Tolkien Black in the court room?"
Then, Tolkien walked in.
The judge signalled for him to stand next to Clyde.
And now, Clyde wasn't so calm.
He was completely flustered and jittery.
Why?
Well, wouldn't you be if the cutest and hottest person you know who you had a crush on was standing right next to you??
Yes?
Then you'd understand!
Anyways..
The judge spoke again.
"Tolkien, could you please explain to the courtroom why you started to become suspicious of Clyde's eye?"
"Well, your honor, Clyde didn't usually go to school on Wednesdays. So when he showed up, and with a black eye, It was an immediate red flag."
The judge nodded.
"Ms. Smiths, is it true that you gave Clyde a black eye?"
"And, is it true, Mr. Donovan that you witnessed Ms. Smiths-- If she did, give Clyde a black eye?"
Roger and Ashley looked cornered.
Clyde wouldn't be surprised if they lied.
But the question was still up.
Would they?
