– Melanie! Ready?!

Amelie's loud voice reached my ears as I looked in the mirror one last time. We were going to a club in Ibiza, where I got a job from an agency, and Amelie had nothing to do anyway, so she went with me. It didn't take me long to convince her to go to a party together because we still didn't spend much time together. Ams usually accompanied Carlos, and I didn't want to disturb them. That was my excuse. Honestly, I didn't want to start a conversation with Carlos because I knew the topic of Lando would come up. Still no one except Charlotte, Jon, Zak, Max and Pietra knew the real reason for my stay in Zandvoort hospital. Therefore, it was difficult to explain our breakup. Oliver and Savannah were visiting me in Monaco with their little girls, which made me even sadder. I could have had a daughter like them too.

At some point I came to the conclusion that I had to do something. And since I was technically single, I was going to take advantage of it.

That's why I started partying.

– I'm going! – I replied, running my hand over the colorful, airy dress I was wearing.

I put some lip gloss on my lips, sprayed on some perfume and checked my purse to see if I still had cigarettes, which I never went anywhere without, and then left the hotel room with a deep breath. Amelie had the room next to mine.

– Wow, you look amazing! – the blonde squealed, scanning my body from head to toe. I shrugged nonchalantly at her compliment. I looked much better than a few weeks ago. At least I worked on pretending.

– You look beautiful too, Ams – I replied with a smile, teasingly tugging at her high ponytail. Greener rolled her eyes and grabbed my hand, dragging me to the exit.

– No drunk text messages to Lando this time! – she announced firmly as we got into the taxi.

I nodded firmly. A few days after the breakup, me and Lando were in a state of agony. Norris partied with Verstappen and Sainz after Max's championship win in Qatar while Amelie drank with me in Monaco. It ended with drunken text messages and phone calls, after which we didn't speak to each other again. The problem was that every time alcohol entered our systems, a message would appear on our phones like; I miss you. We couldn't control it.

Similarly, Leclerc couldn't control himself when we were next to each other.

I flinched at the sudden vibration of my phone.

Charles Leclerc

Room 46
I have something for you:)

I bit my lip as I stared at the messages. The last time we met was when we needed to. It usually happened in my apartment in Monaco or in some hotels while Lando was staying in his apartment. We didn't want him to catch us. I still loved Lando, but we all have our own needs, and in the absence of Norris in my life, Leclerc met them one hundred percent. Even being in a relationship with Alexandra. Sometimes I felt sorry for her. I felt bad about sleeping with her boyfriend, but then I remembered that Leclerc was an asshole and Alexandra was friends with his ex before they started dating and somehow I felt better.

– Today at my expense – I winked at Amelie, and the blonde charmed me with her wide smile. We entered the crowded club and immediately headed to the bar. We had no intention of wasting time. I immediately ordered three shots of strong kamikaze.

– For an unforgettable night! – Amelie squealed cheerfully, clinking the first glass filled with the blue drink with me.

Oh, definitely unforgettable.

Greener and I drank our shots in the blink of an eye, immediately heading to the dance floor where the loud Latin music was even louder. We were dancing to the rhythm of the music, bumping into other people every few moments, when suddenly I felt someone's hand on my shoulder.
