Hidden Truth

(If anyone is confused, I decided to explain the story better with a Flashback example)

Thirteen Years Ago

The Heaven Kingdom is known as a beautiful place

The first angel to ever exist was Tikki & she was said to be the most beautiful angel of all

Though being praised by the Kingdom & her beauty, she lived a very lonely existence

She wished to have a more exciting & sinful life

But her wish had unexpectedly came true when a devil named Plagg had invaded their property purposely, placing a destruction bomb on the top of the Kingdom

He & Tikki ended up falling in love, including making love to each other in bed

When Tikki's best friend, Trixx had found out, he had exposed her to the kingdom

With this sudden outcome, it caught the attention of the Hell Kingdom's most sinister beings, The Grim Reaper, Su-han & Queen Of The Netherworld, Bridgette

Because of their sins, they killed Tikki, Plagg, and the other angels & sending them back to their graves

But Pollen, with the last amount of her power, banished Su-han to the land of the dead

And before her death, Natalie transferred her soul to Tikki, making her become a woman of the devil

(Present Day)

Marinette entered the bathroom, staring at herself in the mirror

Marinette: I know I'm the princess, yet, I don't feel very pure..

She looked out the window at the Hell Kingdom, thinking of Adrien

Marinette: (mind) That devil I saw the other way.. he looked extremely handsome..

She felt a slight blush staining her cheeks & she immediately pushed the thought away

Marinette: Marinette, what are you thinking?! Get your mind together! You know it's forbidden to fall in love with a devil?! But yet, Mom never mentioned to me about what would happen if an angel falls in love with a devil.. maybe I should find out myself.

By the time, everyone was asleep, Marinette snuck out of her room & into the library

She flew up to the shelves, trying to find a certain book

Marinette: Crap. They aren't any books about devils.

She placed her hand on the bookshelf, until she heard a click noise & saw a passageway open up in the floor

Marinette: (mind) A secret door..? I don't remember that being there.

She flew down into the passageway, entering a dark basement-like area of the Palace

She looked around, feeling nervous

Marinette: (mind) I never knew we had a passageway in the Palace. How come Mom never told me..?

She saw glowing lights & followed them, seeing a statue of a tall pink-haired woman standing in front of her

Marinette: What..? Who is this..?

She looked down at the writing at the bottom

Marinette: "Angel Tikki." She must be the first angel to have existed.

She noticed something on the back & stared at the writing

Marinette: "Woman of the devil?"

Marinette: (mind) So, Tikki must have interacted with a devil too.. then that must mean..

Tikki: Marinette Dupain-Cheng.

She turned her head towards the statue, suddenly beginning to see Tikki's spirit

Tikki: I see that you've found my grave.

Marinette: So, you're the first angel to have existed, right..?

Tikki: Yes. And I have made a huge mistake.

Marinette: But.. you were with a devil. You couldn't help it. It's what you wanted.

Tikki: Yes. But my Kingdom was broken to pieces & I lost the love of my life. I can only give you a warning.

Marinette: A warning? But why?

Tikki: Please do not let history repeat itself. If you end up falling in love with a devil, then he will come back.

Marinette: But who..?

Tikki: The Grim Reaper. The most feared & deadliest being of the Hell Kingdom. Though he was banished by my friend Pollen, he will only come back if an angel sins. You are the Kingdom's beloved Princess. Please do not let that mistake happen.

Marinette: I promise I won't. But can I ask.. why are you called the devil woman..?

Tikki: The Queen Of The Netherworld transferred her soul into my body. But because I am no longer alive, she has sent her body to yours. But as long as you don't sin, the queen will not awaken from inside you. You are a reincarnation of the previous queen. Please do not let her come back. Otherwise, both worlds will be at stake.

Marinette: But.. Tikki, wait! I have more questions!

Tikki: My time is up. Good luck, Princess.

Her spirit entered back into the state & Marinette stayed quiet

Marinette: (mind) I'm a reincarnation of the previous Queen Of The Netherworld?... so, that must mean that I'm not pure..

Marinette entered out of the passageway, going back into her bedroom

Marinette: (mind) So, now I understand. Tikki was the first angel who lived here & she had made a huge sin by falling in love with a devil. So, I have to make sure that it can't happen to me. It won't. Otherwise, the whole world will be at stake.
