As he left, Valencia took a deep breath. The scene cuts to a garden-like place where Valencia is seen writing something down on a page given by an officer. She is on a call with her friend Eve, saying, "I didn't expect Daniel to be living nearby our neighborhood. Well, high-end neighborhoods are at another level. They even asked me to register my name. Luckily, I am allowed to enter." She keeps the sheet of paper on the desk and takes a bag from the desk, starting to head out. While talking to Eve, she says, "Well, what should I say to him when I see him?"
In the garden, there's a man walking, and behind him is Valencia. They both head in the same direction. Valencia is planning what to say to him when they meet, so she tries different approaches. She points forward and says, "Daniel," but then she realizes, "This won't do; I need to be more gentle." She tries saying "Daniel" in a pleasing and cute tone. "No, no, he would see me as a crazy fan for sure. I should do it in a more formal and professional manner. Mr. Daniel. Hello." She seems pleased and heads to the apartment.
As she approaches the building, her eyes fixate on the man in front of her, a enigmatic guy. He exudes an air of mysterious allure, a man who walks to the beat of his own drum. Draped in a jet-black turtleneck t-shirt and perfectly tailored black pants, he commands attention with every step, his charisma a unique blend of enigmatic aloofness and undeniable coolness.
When she slows down, thinking the guy has heard all that and already left, he gets into the lift and presses the button for the third floor. As the door is about to close, Valencia gets inside and says, "Excuse me, excuse me," trying to reach for the third-floor button. However, she sees that it's already pressed. She stops and closes her eyes, rehearsing what she's going to say.
As they reach the third floor, she quickly exits and goes to flat 301. She takes a deep breath and knocks on the door. She fixes her appearance quickly, but no one answers. Meanwhile, the enigmatic man, Daniel, watches from behind and takes out his phone to make a call.
Valencia takes out a sticky note from her bag and starts writing something. Just as she's about to stick it to the door, security approaches. The security officer asks Daniel, "Mr. Daniel, did you ask for us?" Daniel replies sternly, "I suspect she is a thief who's been trying to rob me." After hearing this, Valencia looks around, sees no one, and then looks at him, asking, "Me? A thief?" with a confused face. She tries to explain, saying, "No, no. I am looking for R. Daniel, who stays here." The security officer turns to Daniel and says, "Mr. Daniel, she's here for you." Daniel replies sternly once again, "I don't know her."
Valencia walks toward him and asks, "Are you Daniel?" Then she puts on a formal look and says, "Sir. No, I'm not a thief. Would a thief bring you a present? I'm here to have a business talk with Mr. Daniel." The security officer says, "You don't even know Mr. Daniel. And you want to have a business talk with him? Leave now! Come, leave at once! Move." They take her arm and start to drag her away, but she tries to stop them. She tells them, "Wait! You say I am a thief. But do you have evidence? If not, I'll sue you for defamation... See, I'm not having it easy, too. Please be considerate. We're all workers. Please be considerate."
Valencia rushes off to Daniel and says, "Well, Mr. Daniel, this has been a misunderstanding. I... You..." He slams the door in her face. The enigmatic Daniel's inscrutable demeanor remains intact, leaving Valencia on the doorstep, perplexed and determined to uncover the mysteries behind this cool, aloof man.
The security officers tell her to leave. Valencia is in despair, takes a deep breath, and says, "Mr. Daniel. I am the planner from Novel2Screen Studios. I'm sorry for the sudden visit to talk to you about the copyright. But I'm here to have a business talk with you with a sincere heart." She stops for a second, but hears nothing. Then suddenly, she hears a shout from inside, "Just leave!" She is a bit shocked with what happened and stands there for two minutes. In despair, she finally leaves.
