Moonlight Cutter (月明かりカッター, Tsukiakari kattā): utilizing a special ring given to him by his mother, he is able to transform it to a katana and wakizashi. Somewhat similar to a shinigami's uniform, he instead wears a hakama, more specifically a divided umanori, with the top being white and the bottom being purple.

Fullbring's abilities:
Penetrate the Sky of Sin (罪の空を貫け, Tsumi no Sora o Tsuranuku): AKA "Sin Piercer." It's a charged thrusting attack utilizing both swords. As the attack is charging, blue lightning of energy it seemed crackling around the blades before swirling like a flame. Fully engulfing the blades, Masuo thrust towards the attack into or towards his opponent.
Autumnal Territory (秋の領分, Aki no Ryōbun): AKA: "Autumn Domain." The ability involves surrounding the area with his own spiritual power. The maximum he can perform is around 100 yards. With this ability, he can increase his overall skill set by 20x. The same goes for his allies if they're in the zone.
Angelic Bullet-hell (天使の弾丸, Tenshi no Dangan; lit. Angel Bullet): with this technique, similar to Hadō, requires a chant in order to perform. However once performed, multiple balls of energy will start to surround Masuo. And with a swing or thrust of his sword, he's able to fire them towards his enemies. Also, the balls of energy won't be destroyed unless it hits a target. He can create up to 500 every 15 minutes. It takes a considerable amount of energy to perform.
