Summery ~ Rafael and Nick's school is destroyed by a METEOR leaving a massive crater. The two idiots decide to get close and Rafael even touches it. Now the two of them have been absorbed by the meteorite and has been transported to who knows where....

The bright ray of sunlight forcefully opens the heavy eye lids of both Rafael and Nick. Rafael rubs her eyes, vision blurred from the sleep. The girl lying beside her like a corpse shot her eyes open, only to instantly close them back again.

'Wild dream, next.' Nick thought to herself.

Propping herself up with her arms, Rafael's first sight was the green tuft of grass beneath her. Unconsciously, she runs her fingers along the smooth blades of grass. It felt good to her touch. 'This is some high-quality grass...'

It sounded like high quality grass too. It was a little long, but not too long. A little shaggy, but in a naturally pleasing way. And the rustling sound it made was such music to her ears. It even smelled well maintained yet wild. The earthy smell is probably the most pleasant one to wake up to, Rafael can confirm.

She had never seen such perfect grass before. Well, not really "seen." She has never heard, smelled, or touched grass this perfect. But as for what her eyes were about to experience... Only after her vision cleared fully did she see the shape of the grass.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!"

In what twisted world did grass look so pixelated?!

Nick's face twitched at this ear shattering screech. "Shut up bro, it's just a nightmare. Go back to sleep so we can skip this one and get a better dream..." The 'sleeping' girl next to her groaned.

Hearing her voice, Raf's gaze averts from the grass to her half-awake friend.

"Nick...?!"

Nick sat up, and her eyes meet Rafael's. After a while of scanning, Nick says, "Since when did you get a wardrobe upgrade...?"

"..." Rafael is slightly concerned. Out of everything, THAT'S what Nick notices. "Oh yeah, just a while ago. You know, I wanted to look a little nice before we arrived in WHO KNOWS WHERE." Even though panic lingers in Raf's voice, she seems to have had no problem rolling her eyes at Nick as she said that.

"Wait... this is pretty sick for a dream..." Nick looks at her surroundings. "This is... definitely not Earth." Congrats, Nick, for catching up at last.

Nick continues, "Did we get drugged...? Ugh I knew our chemistry teacher was insane..."

Rafael was the first to put thing together. "Wait... do you remember that meteor that landed in our school?"

Nick rubs the area between her eyebrows, as if she's in deep thought. "Was that not another dream?"

...

"You know, maybe this is all a dream..." Rafael calms down a little. "I mean, how can this POSSIBLY happen?!"

"I knew the 'salt' in the chem lab smelled funny... I knew it..."

"THIS DOESN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THAT OH MY GOD."

"...you never know..." Nick stands up and approaches the tree she was lying next to. She runs her hand along the seemingly smooth block of wood. "That's so weird... it feels like bark."

"So, this is..." Horror washes over Raf's face, bleaching out the blood. "If this is... something like Minecraft we're in..."

"We're going to..."

To die miserably. That's what Nick was going to say. She swallowed up her words halfway, to avoid any possible jinxes. This whole thing was bad luck, worse luck was NOT needed. Nick was quite good at dying in the worst ways possible when these two played the game back in the real world (the real world as in where exotic shapes like circles and triangles existed). Instead, she changes it to something more optimistic: "Are we going to have to fight for our lives in this strange geometric world?"

Rafael, still in disbelief of all this, was examining herself. The most accessible part the eye can see was the arms. Sticking them out like a zombie, she twisted and turned them. Though they were moved to the ever so familiar scenery of Minecraft, their bodies were still human. Well, at the least, humanoid. She moves her fingers around, as if testing its mobility. From every aspect of it, it really does seem like they had human bodies. It feels WAY too real to be a hallucination.

Upon further examination, Rafael re-finds some pixelated tattoos on her left arm. Checking the other arm, it had another bunch of pixelated symbols lined up. She finds that Nick too had found these marks. Nick looks up at Rafael, and shrugs.

"I think I want out... Imagine if these were a display of our health or something... Haha, that would be wild..."

"Oh, come on Nick... where's your adventurer's spirit... Did you not always rant about how boring the outer world was...?"

"Really, Rafael? You want to talk about that now...?" Nick stifles a smile. Her eyebrows furrowed, and her eyes twitched.

Their voices when saying all this, was hard to describe. To be put simply, each ounce of sanity they had, can be audibly heard disappearing from each word. At last, they come to a conclusion. A shadow falls on both their faces as they finally decide to state the most obvious thing, something they both know for sure without needing to specially examine anything.

"We're doomed, aren't we?"

"Yeah, pretty much."
