it was the day of the first individual evaluations, all of the girls were extremely nervous, but the most nervewracking thing about the show was not even the evaluations themselves, but the fact that the final lineup would be decided by voting, so who leaves and who stays in the show is entirely in the hands of the people watching it.

All of the girls were seated in a big room, it had a desk in the middle, reserved for the CEO, and chairs around it, five to one side and 6 to the other. In the front of the desk was a big space reserved for the performances that would take place during the show.

The show would be divided into four segments, one dancing evaluation, one singing evaluation, one team evaluation, and one last performance with all of the finalists. Not long after the girls picked their seats, the CEO Kyungsoo entered the room and took his seat on the desk.

"Hello everyone, so today, you know we'll have two evaluations, the dancing evaluation, and the singing evaluation."

"First contestant to perform will be Minji" The girl that was called immediately goes to the middle of the space reserved for the performance. Despite being incredibly young, she had quite the experience with dancing, taking hip-hop classes since she was 12 years old.

"You can start when you're ready" The girl nodded in response, giving a thumbs up to the staff so they could start the song. She started to perform the song "Back Door" by Stray Kids, a song with a very powerful and precise choreo, it was a practically perfect match to her skills. After her performance, the CEO gave very positive feedback to her while at the same time pointing out some things she could improve on.

"Now for the next contestant, Hyerin" After hearing her name, Hyerin walked up to the middle of the room facing the CEO, she was extremely nervous, but tried to shake off this feeling as much as possible so she could give her best performance possible.

"I noticed that you have more experience with more powerful and precise dances, do you have any reason specifically to be attracted to this type of dance?" Asked the CEO.

"For me, it has always been easier to do this type of dance because I'm more familiar with hip-hop, but for the past few months I've been trying to expand my dance style to more genres than just hip-hop."

"That's really good! What song will you be performing for us today?" The CEO asked with a big smile on his face.

"I'll be performing 'Do not touch' by MISAMO, since it's a pretty elegant song and it could show more of this side of me."

"Great! You can start when you're ready." After that, Hyerin gives a thumbs up to the staff in the back, indicating that they could start the song. She performed the song till the end, and after it, she received a round of applause from her fellow contestants and the CEO"

"I could really see that you're not that familiar with this style of dance as much as hip-hop." Hyerin started to get nervous, with thoughts like 'Was it that bad?' or 'Will I get eliminated?' crossing her head.

"But also I could really see that you have the potential to improve in this" A smile instantly formed on the girl's face.

"I'm not looking for someone perfect from the start, but instead I'm looking for someone who has that potential and star quality, and I can see you have that."

"Thank you so much!" Hyerin bowed in response to the feedback, after a few more minutes of advice from the CEO, the girl went back to her seat and looked at Sooji who was beside her.

"You did great!" Sooji said while holding Hyerin's hand gently while making sure that this cute little interaction couldn't be captured by any cameras in the room.

All of the other girls did their evaluations, including Sooji, who performed the song "Love Me Like This" by NMIXX. She was praised a lot while also getting some feedback. In general, most of the performances were very good, with two being heavily criticized, these being the performances from Yuna and Heejin.

After the performances, the CEO had gone backstage so he could decide on the ranking of the dancing evaluations. Not much time later, he came back with the ranking.

"Right now, in my hands, I have the ranking for the dancing evaluations." All of the girls were frozen in their place, extremely nervous about what would be the result.

"In eleventh place, we have..." All of the girls started holding hands.

"Heejin" The girl mentioned just looking down while holding back tears. Heejin was a very energetic girl that has been smiling a lot since the start of the recording of the show, but now she was devastated, not only because she was in last place, but because she said that dancing was the skill that she was most confident in.

Not long after that all of the rankings were announced, in order, from first to last, being: Eunmi, Jiwon, Sooji, Minji, Hyerin, Yoonji, Jiho, Soomin, Haeun, Yuna, and Heejin.
