(Suki's POV)

Sam approaches me and Alice

Alice : Hi Samantha

Sam : For the 100th time I don't like the name Samantha so please just call me Sam

Alice : No can do

Sam : Why?

Alice : Because it's like the only thing that annoys you

Sam : Why do you need to know that?

Alice shrugs

Sam : Well you know how we've got a competition for next week

Alice : Yeah

Sam : Well I was thinking we should probably clean it up a bit right

Suki : Good luck

Alice : Thanks we'll see you round byee

Well now that I was on my own I decided to stretch for a bit and practice my back hand back tuck, I groan because I can't land it.

'Hang on a sec I never battled Valt did I?' I started blushing just thinking about him, 'Do I like Valt? Nah it's probably just a phase because he's so nice to me, right?'

AT THE BUS STOP

We got on a bus to the costume shop

Esme groans

Esme : Why did you even come here with me?

Sokka : Duh to spend some time with you

Esme : That's not what I meant and you know it

Sokka : Oh well

I put my arm around her knowing she'll get annoyed

Esme : Don't you ever stop?

Sokka : Stop what?

Esme : Flirting with pretty much every girl you come across

I smirked

Esme : What?!

Sokka : You look cute when your annoyed

Esme : Ugh I hate you, you know that

Sokka : Meh

After a while of silence

Sokka : Gasps I recognise this place

Esme : Great good for you

Sokka : No no you don't understand this is where like I used to train everyday with all my mates and oh we used to have so much fun back then, and oh there's Valt's mum's bakery, oh her Beybread is the best they're to die for and I mean it! Like have you ever had one?

Esme : No and i'm not interested really

Sokka : WHAT?! How have you lived here for so long and not have beybread are you crazy or something, oh we have to get Mrs. Aoi's Beybread it's like the best, come on

Esme : We don't have enough time

I get up and leave because I know she's just gonna follow behind

He just gets up and leaves and I don't even know what to say, he stopped the bus and I just followed him out like a lost dog or something, why am I so stupid?
