Eagle Attacks

The second round of battle bladers is almost over. The bladers that have moved in so far are Kyoya, Gingka, and snake dude. Next up is Tsubasa and Ryuga. I have a very bad feeling about this.

We all meet up in the stands to get a good seat but as we get there I notice Kyoya's missing. Just as I get up to go find him I look in the openings where the bladers come out and see him standing there. "So you do have a heart" I mumble low enough for no one else to hear. I sit back down in time for the battle to start. The announcer introduces both bladers and Tsubasa is the first to step out. "Go Tsubasa!" "Go get him!" We all yell at him but the shouting is cut short when Ryuga makes his entrance. The crowd goes dead silent, to the point that you can hear Ryuga's footsteps. This is going to be an interesting battle.

"3...2...1...LET IT RIP" we all yell. Right off the back it's a head on colision . The keep battling it out before eagle pulls away. L drago try's to get back in the fight but Eagle continues to dodge his attacks. Ryuga catches on to Tsubasa's plan and sends L drago to sit at the bottom of the stadium. Tsubasa sends eagle into to sky to dodge his attack as L drago uses his special move.

Eagle used his counter strike to try and stop the attack and is successful in doing so. Tsubasa comes back with a powerful attack that leaves L drago barely spinning. Eagle keeps attacking without mercy while L drago just sits there and takes the attacks. "Yeah looking good Tsubasa!" "That's the way!" "Keep going" the group starts to cheer. "Wait somethings off." I say and the all look at me confused. "Why is L drago just sitting there, why hasn't he tried to dodge any of these attacks?" I question making the group go silent.

Eagle uses his special move thinking he will end the battle. "Wait it's a trap!" I yell out. "It's to late now. Emperor Soring Bite Strike!" Ryuga yells out. The next the we know Eagle is getting attacked in mid air. "No way" Benkei says in disbelief. "Why are you doing such a terrible thing!" Yu yells out and runs away with Kenta following him. Tsubasa falls down screaming in pain as Eagle is sent flying. The stadium starts to break apart and send debri all over the place.

We all run down on the stadium floor to see Tsubasa. Madoka and Benkei take Tsubasa to get help while me and Gingka are left with Ryuga. "That was good for some laughs" Ryuga says causing Gingka to glare at him. "What's wrong? You haven't lost you nerve to fight me have you?" Ryuga says taunting him. "In your dreams! Pegasus and I will beat you!" Gingka replies. "That's the spirit Gingka. I look forward to beating you in the final battle. I can finally put a stop to you and that second rate bey Pegasus." Ryuga says with a smirk.

"Don't get ahead of yourself! You forgetting about my battle with you pal!" Kyoya says with a scowl. "Tsubasa showed his real bey spirit but next time, it's me. It's my turn." Kyoya mumbles while walking away. I slip away from Ryuga and Gingka's conflict to follow Kyoya. I find him standing in the hallway with his head down looking at his Rock Leon. "Hey" I say getting his attention but he doesn't reply. "I noticed you weren't with us when the battle started. Is there a reason?" I ask. "He was supposed to win that battle" Kyoya says quietly. "What?" I question.

Kyoya's POV:
"Nothing what are you even doing down here" I ask her pushing away the question. "I may or may not be following you" she replies making me look over at her. My eyes widen when I see her arm. "What happened to your arm?" I say with concern causing her to look down at it. "Oh I guess a piece of rock must have hit me and I didn't notice." She replies. "How do you not notice a cut on your arm that's literally bleeding." I say while looking at her like she's crazy. "It's not even that bad" she says causing me to roll my eyes and walk towards her. "What are you doing?" She ask while I grab her wrist. "Taking you to a med bey" I reply.

We walk there in silence and remain silent up until we get to the room. I find so bandages and toss the over to her. "So you excited for your battle" Cassidy asks. "You know it" I reply with a smirk. "Just be careful ok?" She says with a concerned voice. "I know we've had this conversation before but don't worry me and my Rock Leon will crush Ryuga" I say confidently. "And once you do I'll knock you back down to earth by beating you" Cass says smiling. "Not on your life" I say with a scoff. "We'll just have to see then." She replies. "I guess we will" I say smiling.
