scott and val dated for about 4 years before splitting due to just growing apart. his career was getting bigger and val was growing her business. did either one expect to meet eachother years down the road in her house.

the boys tour was over. it was such a good tour and i'm so glad i got to experience with scott.
we created some amazing memories along the way and i'm so happy with our life.
but most of all i was so excited to be home.
during tour we finalized selling my house when they made their tour stop through tennessee so i officially live with scott.
while we was gone scott made a lot of "business" calls and in reality he was calling around on places to fix my salon.
he was such an angel.
i was so in love with this man.
when we got home we had a million and one packages from amazon it feels like. it was all for the house or for baby girls room.
when we created our baby shower list i just let everyone know we wanted books, toys, diapers, wipes, and clothes.
i've got the furniture as in the crib for her room and ours, stroller, high chair, car seat.
basic but i got it all in the neutral and white color.
there is some girl colors thrown in there.
i've decorated scott's house in the neutral colors too. he gave me full range.
the only thing i couldn't touch was his studio.
which was a givin.
our baby shower was in a few days but for the next few days before i wanted to officially get baby girls room completely done.
i washed all her clothes this morning and organized her bedroom stuff.
i am such a clean freak and nesting is killing me right now. i wanted to do everything in this house.
i wasn't going to show scott until i was finished with it. that was my one rule.
i wanted it to be a surprise for him.

i giggle at scott's comment because i do call him daddy. not because he's becoming one but this man is an actual daddy.
he literally makes me want to drop my pants anytime of the day.
he's so fuckin fine.
although he is a lot older than me, he's 34. i'm 24.
when we got home scott swore up and down he wasnt going to work on music and here this man is, working on music.
so i took that as my sign to finish her room today.
* 7 pm *
after what it feels like blood, sweat and tears i finished doing baby girls room and i was actually so obsessed with it.
i was so in love and i'm sure i'll change some thing's before she gets here but i was in love with the way it was looking.
i creep out of her room. i look in our room and scott was not in our room.
i peak over the railing and see ruby was sitting in the living room with scott.
"baby." i say coming down the stairs.
they both laugh looking at me.
"what?" i ask.
"i've never seen you so sweaty and that hair is a mess." scott says getting up.
"oh my god. anyways baby girls room is done." i say as they both get up in an instant.
ruby was going to be such a good figure in her life. i think he legit was more excited than me and scott.
me and scott also planned on just telling ruby the name. i wanted to keep it a surprise for my brother.
he will flip when he hears the middle name. the middle name is our grandmas. that's who i was named after.
after our brother died we spent everyday at grandmas because of our dad. she was our escape.
"okay close your eyes." i say as they cover their eyes.
ruby throws the three over his eyes as i laugh.
"drop the threes ruby." i say as he drops his hands and keeps his eyes closed.
i open the door and guide them in.
"okay now open." i say nervously.
"wow." ruby says.
"baby this is beautiful, you did all of this by yourself. i'm so shocked." he says as i laugh.
"you didn't know i had these muscles huh." i say as he laughs.
"i'm so proud of you. this is amazing. viv is going to love this." he says as i take a look at ruby.
i know what he's doing here so i decided to play into it.
"i need to put vivs name up still." i say as he still didn't react.
"vivian marie right above her crib would be so cute." scott says as ruby gasps.
finally fuck.
"baby girls name is vivian?" he asks as we nod.
"we don't want to tell anyone. you are the first one." i say as he smiles.
"i feel so special." he says.
"about fuckin time you caught out. we said it three times motherfucker." scott says as ruby just laughs along.

we spent the night talking about what we was going to do for the baby shower and where we was going to do it at here at the house.
we have a huge back yard that we can set everything up at.
scott's grandma was coming over that morning and i was going to help her cook everything.
scott's mom was going to help with the decorations and scott and the boys where going to set up the tables and everything else.
i can't believe this is real.
i can't wait to shower this baby girl. she is so lucky and blessed and i'm am too.
i've always wanted to be a mom just never pictured it happening this soon.
