The Duke of Norfolk listened as the paraliment announced Victoria Mountbatten as Victoria I of England The duke had an idea.
"Doesnt her majesty need a regent. I have some expierence and therfore propose myself as a posssible candinent."
A couple of days later the duke was announced as regent. The duke ordered that Victoria be sent to a school in the countryside away from politics.
Victoria was sent to an average school. She recieved more education such as Latin,French,Politics,History,
Mathatics, State affairs,dance,music and embroidary.
Victoria grew up and every year stoick sent a letter however when Victoria was 8 he stopped writing letters.
The duke of Norfolk demanded that Victoria be educated by tutors instead of the teachers at the school. The reason was that Victoria was a queen and had to learn to rule.
The Duke had plans to take over England. He knew the people would prefer him over a baby. He was wrong however, the people didnt even want him as regent they thought that the duke of Edinbrugh was a better candiate as he was the one who united Scotland and england.
Meanwhile, in berk Stoick stared into the fire mourning Valka. It's that brat fault. He thought to himself as he remembered Vicky he thought back to the moment Vicky and hiccup were born he looked at them and loved hiccup more. Back then he felt terrible about it but he couldnt help it.
