ANDREW

Crap! I'm late for my date.

I didn't mean to be this late but I was talking on the phone with Taylor last night and after that I couldn't sleep well. That's why I didn't hear the alarm this morning. So here I am, jogging to my date with one of the best lawyers in Chicago. Donald Barish has given me the opportunity to work for him and here I am blowing my chances.

This year has been both, amazing and painful. Amazing cause I've achieved so many things I hadn't achieved before like my lawyer career, and painful cause of her, somehow, I felt like I've lost her completely and forever. All this time and I hadn't found any information where she lives, nobody I could ask about her either, even her grandma said New York and the next day she said Miami. She has been seen in many different places. Even her more loyal fans have been wondering she lives. I suppose she's doing it on purpose so Fred can't find them.

Last night I got so pissed at Taylor. It took her so long to tell me Adria and Sophie were with them on Christmas. She didn't say anything else, she just told me they had dinner but they didn't talk about her life neither where they were living. I'm sure that was my mom, she's always hated to make feel others bad with private questions or maybe she was trying to teach Taylor to mind her own business.

This day may be a disaster but at least I could hear what Taylor told me about her. The woman of my dreams, the one I've been trying to get out of my head for a year, but all my attempts to do it have been pointless. She is stuck to me and I don't wanna try anything else but keep her memory with me forever.

All this year I couldn't help it. I've googled her every day. I needed to know any little thing from her. Although she posts on her Instagram almost daily, I know it's not her, it's her publicist, but I do know she checks her social media from time to time.

Wasting time has never been on my plans, so I created an account on Instagram with a false name. All this time I have felt like a lonely wolf without her. I had liked her pictures, left comments, and even messages to her inbox but of course she hadn't noticed it was me, how could she, right? I'm not the only creep dude who follows her.

Fortunately, and out of the blew she answered me almost a month ago. Maybe she feels it's me because she rarely responds to her fans. This must be my lucky shot and I won't waste any minute of it.

New York, see you tomorrow.

In the meantime, I've arrived to the restaurant of a fancy hotel and I'm looking for Mr. Barish. I spot him seated next to a young blonde, she must be on her early twenties. "Mr. Barish, I'm sorry for being late, I had a problem but everything is ok now, I'm always punctual, sir".

Mr. Barish has a patient look on his eyes. He gives me his hand to shake. His demeanor is cocky though, why not, right? He's one of the best lawyers in this city. "Young man, Andrew, am I right?"

I nod "yes, sir, that's me, nice to meet you".

I turn slightly to shake the lady's hand but stop when she stands up and walks away from us.

"Don't you worry, Andrew. She has anxiety and acts like a crazy woman sometimes". Mr. Barish tells me, but I found her attitude rare for a good-looking woman like her and what the heck? Is he mocking on her anxiety?

We talk for 40 minutes when suddenly she comes back "Hello, I'm Hannah, sorry for what I did earlier, I had an emergency". I stand up to shake her hand, but when I do it, she looks straight at my eyes and winks. I just fake a smile and sit immediately. Could it be that she had dust in her eye and that's why she did that?
