"I think I like you." Jeongin said to me. He had just caught me from falling down the stairs, so we were really close in proximity.
"What?" I mumbled.
"I like you, Y/N. A lot." He smiled at me.
"Oh. I might like you too."
He giggled. "Will you go out with me? On a date? Tonight?"
I nodded. "Sure. Pick me up at 6. You know where I live." I smiled and walked away.
--5:57 pm--
"MY HAIR WILL NOT STAY IN ITS CURL!!!" I yelled and set down the curling iron. My brother Owen came in the room and grabbed it. He pushed me to sit on my bed and started to curl it.
"Breathe, Y/N. I've got this." I took a deep breath and tried to calm down. It worked a little bit. Cameron came into the room and sat on my bed.
"Girl, you're going to be fine. You've liked this guy for a while, right? Just be yourself and don't freak out." He said.
"Yeah, do what Cam says. He's so smart." Owen smiled. They had been married for just over a year, and were so cute together. I'm glad that Cam joined the family. He was the chaotic version of Owen and I supported it 100%.
The doorbell rang and I freaked out. "HE'S HERE! I NEED MY SHOES. WAIT WHERE ARE MY SOCKS? MY EYELINER LOOKS HORRIBLE. WAIT DID I BRUSH MY TEETH? WHAT IF THIS JACKET DOESN'T LOOK GOOD WITH THIS SHIRT?"
The boys took my by my arm and led me into the hallway. Owen grabbed my shoes, socks, and jacket. Cameron fixed my eyeliner a bit and stuck a piece of gum in my mouth.
"There. You look hot, so go get your man!"
I took a deep breath and walked downstairs. I quickly put my socks and shoes on, then grabbed my purse. I opened the door and saw him standing there with a gray hoodie, black jacket, black pants, and combat boots. His red hair was styled perfectly, and he smiled that cute Innie smile at me.
"You are gorgeous." He giggled. I saw his dimples and just about melted.
"You are also gorgeous." I blushed. "I mean handsome. You look very handsome." He smiled and reached his hand for me.
"Ready to go?"
"Yep." I put my jacket on and took his hand. We walked to his car and he opened the door for me. We drove into the city and parked on main street. He took my hand as we walked down the sidewalk. "Where are we going?"
"You'll see." He smiled at me. Then we got to a pottery store and walked inside. "We're going to paint mugs." He looked at me hopefully and I smiled.
"Awesome." I gave him a kiss on the cheek and ran away to look at the pottery.
I found the mugs and grabbed one I liked. He came up beside me and grabbed the same one. We paid and then sat at a table.
"What are you going to paint?" He asked me.
"Probably flowers. I love flowers. You?"
"I'm not sure yet. I'll google ideas."
"Good plan." I pulled up a picture of some flowers and started painting. We sat in silence for a bit while he looked for a pattern to paint.
A while later, I finished and showed him. "Done!"
"Girl, that looks so good. You are a really good artist." He smiled at me and winked. I blushed and looked down.
"I'll take it to the kiln table." He nodded and I walked over to the table to set it down. The paper said that these would be done and fired in a week. Perfect.
"They'll be done in a week." I told him. He smirked at me and nodded. "What?" I asked.
"I finished. Wanna see?"
"Yes!"
He turned it around and showed me.
"Jeongin this is so good! I love it."
"It's for you."
"Me? Why? You painted it, you should have it."
"It's how I feel about you."
"You feel heart balloons for me?" I giggled.
"Something like that." He smiled and took his mug to the table. I blushed and fanned myself quickly before he came back.
"What next?"
"You'll see." He grabbed my hand and we went back to the car. He held my hand the whole time and we just talked for a while. We pulled into a flower meadow. He grabbed a blanket and we went to sit among the flowers.
"This is gorgeous. How did you know daisies are my favorite flower?"
"I know a few things about you, Y/N." He smiled at me.
The sun was setting and it was getting cold, so he wrapped his arm around me and pulled me close. I decided to lay down and brought him with me. I laid my head on his chest and he wrapped both of his arms all the way around me.
"I really like you." He suddenly said.
I looked up at him and saw him smiling.
I blushed. "I really like you too."
He smiled even wider. "Will you be my girlfriend?"
"Yes!" I laughed and hugged him tightly.
He hugged me back. "Can I kiss you?"
I nodded. He turned me to the side so that I was facing him more, and then gently kissed me. It was sweet and innocent, but showed his love for me.
--1 year later--
"Jeongin, can you grab my hair ties? I want to put my hair up."
"Got it, babe." He came into the bathroom and handed me my giant group of hair ties.
"Thanks, love."
He gave me a sweet kiss and then went into the bedroom.
I changed my clothes, put my hair up, and got ready for bed.
"Today was crazy, bro." He said from the bedroom. "It was fun, but so chaotic. I'm exhausted."
"Same. Who knew that getting married would take so much out of us?"
"Not me." He giggled.
I smiled and opened the door. He had taken his shirt off and was sitting on the bed.
"Hey." I jumped on the bed.
"What?"
"I'm not wearing anything under this robe."
He gulped. Then kissed me deeply and pulled me to him.
I broke the kiss for a minute and said, "And also, I think I like you, Yang Jeongin."
He kissed me deep and turned us over so he was hovering over me. He whispered into my ear. "Really? Well Yang Y/N, same. I think I like you."
