Solar glanced around the clearing. There was Flicker's tree a few pawsteps ahead of him, while across from Pecha's den were two Pichu chatting. Maybe I could go talk to them. Solar crossed the clearing to reach the two Pichu. "Hi, who are you two? " Solar blinked at the two Pichu in curiosity.
The Pichu on the left had smooth fur, while the Pichu on the right appeared spiky compared to the Pichu on the left. "Oh, hi. I'm Mint. " The smooth furred Pichu smiled at Solar. " And my name is Dash, " The Pichu on the right blinked at Solar, seemingly uninterested in speaking to him.
" What are you guys doing? " Solar fixed his gaze onto Mint. " We were talking about exploring to find some berries. " Mint looked sideways at Dash, as if she was willing him to speak. Dash glances at Mint before staring at Solar. " Yeah, we planned on going berry hunting around the forest. " Dash twitched his tail. " And we shouldn't be wasting time right now. " He added on curtly.
Solar's eyes widened in curiosity. " Could I go with you both? " He'd never seen the forest before (obviously). Dash looked rather annoyed while Mint nodded. " Sure, just stick close to us since you don't know what's in the forest. " Mint had on a friendly smile before trotting towards camp entrance. I'm going to see the forest! Solar thought happily while following Mint.
