Obito and the rest had encountered two Hidden Stone shinobi on their way to Kannabi bridge and to make it worse, they had taken Rin as hostage and disappeared, which led to a clash of decisions between the two males.
Obito wanted to rescue Rin before continuing the mission and Kakashi wanted to complete the mission before anything else. And because of this, an argument rose between the two of them.
"Right now, rather than the mission, rescuing Rin takes priority!", Obito hotly argued,"Whenever you and I were injured, Rin and Yona would always save us with their medical ninjutsu!"
"A ninja must sacrifice a comrade in order to carry out a mission.", Kakashi replied calmly, keeping eye-contact with Obito.
"What....?", Obito stared at him disbelievingly,"Sacrificing a comrade...? You're telling me you would sacrifice Rin...? .....What if it was Yona, huh?! Would you sacrifice her as well?! Someone really dear to you?!"
The male flinched at this, looking away,"....Yona's a different matter....and Rin is not her anyway....she was just fulfilling her duty."
The last sentence made the Uchiha snap, giving Kakashi a hard punch on the face which sent him to the ground.
"Dammit, I really dislike you after all!", he shouted angrily,"If you refuse to rescue Rin, I'll go by myself!"
"I don't care what you think about me. I am the captain. You will obey me.", Kakashi replied firmly, making Obito scoff.

"Obito, you're not strong.", Kakashi stated, getting up which prompted Obito to grab him by his collar,"And as captain, you're strong! Strong enough to save your comrades, right?! So then, why do you refuse to save Rin?! Rin....Rin was concerned about your well-being, that's why she gave you that med-kit!", he exclaimed in frustration and anger.
