"Good morning Neil" Shaun smiled at Neil. That smile made his knees weak. Neil almost tripped on air, as he walked there. Shaun chuckled and gave him a hand. That chuckle too. Oh god. Everything Shaun did made his knees weak. "Are you okay? " He asked, pulling Neil up. Oh gosh. He was so damn strong. He could pick up 200 pounds like it was nothing, and then go ' I'm going light today' without a reaction.

"Shaun? What happened? " Neil asked, as he walked in to the mans apartment, to find him crying, sitting cross legged on the couch.. " Nothing. " Shaun said
" You were crying. Please tell me. I wanna help" Neil looked at Shaun, as he sat beside him. "Just-" Shaun sighed
"Some bad memories. " He continued
"Do you wanna maybe talk about it? "
"I have PTSD. From before I met dad. My father- he used to beat me. It was because of my autism. My brother would tend to me, and tell me to stop letting our father beat me and that I should stop trying to keep him safe. I didn't wanna listen. I wanted to keep him safe. I failed" Shaun started to sob.
"Do you want a hug? Maybe continue? "
"Yes." Shaun replied, pulling Neil into a hug. " He killed my pet rabbit. Then my brother left. They were both gone. And I didn't think I had anything to live for. So-" Shaun was a little hesitant at first
" I tried to leave too. " Neil gasped, it felt like he was the one using Shaun as emotional support now. "I stood on the road, but no cars came. The ones that did, just went by the side. I was only able to make my leg bleed. So I tried again. I jumped off a building. But someone called an ambulance. Dad was the one to tend for me in the hospital. Once I was discharged, I went to a lake. I just layed there. Waiting. For death. or Anyone. Then dad found me. I told him my whole life. He heard. Then I found my family. That's why I'm close with Jessica. She didn't have a very present father. Me, her, Maddie, we were a team. Maddie is now living her life, married, great job. Jess too. And I'm here. No romance. Atleast I have mom and dad to love me, even though it's platonic.  I'll die alone. I know who I love. But I'm not sure. I don't want to ruin what I have with him. "
Neil was hugging Shaun so hard. Well, Shaun was a head taller than him, had a way broader torso. It was like Neil was hanging onto him. By this point, Neil was basically sitting in his lap.

Neil felt a pang in his heart. Shaun had gone through so much. It hurt. But there was also the last sentence. He loved someone. That hurt too. "Who is it? You can tell me. " Neil said to Shaun, as he sat beside him again. Shaun wiped his face
"Are you sure? " He asked. "Yep." Neil replied. "Well, I'll start by telling you about him. He's cute. Very cute. He is cute every way. You know I'm a little hesitant for touch. But i let him, like you. Because his touch, makes me happy. His personality is just perfect, opposites do attract. " Shaun smiled, starting to fiddle with Neil's hands, making little circles.
"I meet him every single day, if I don't, it makes my day sad. He's very short too. And his eyes are so damn beautiful" Shaun said, staring at him. Here Neil was, sitting with the man he's loved on for an year, talking to him about the one he loved."you know him very well "
What? Who could it be? " Do you love jared? Or maybe-" He started to brainstorm, but suddenly, was silenced with a kiss. He stayed still, but it was only when he felt Shaun start to pull out that he started to move his lips. He got onto Shaun's lap, putting his hand around the man's neck. They moved their lips in sync, absolutely in love.
